I had a very good experience with a gentleman named Dion at this store. Xfinity in general can be tough to deal with, but Dion streamlined the process. He was very knowledgeable and will be the reason I stick with Xfinity, especially knowing that I can resolve future issues in-person instead of calling the customer service line

bad bad bad horrible. No No NO I went into the Vadnais Heights store 4/24/22 and Dion Pongsak convinced me to switch from verizon to xfinity. I knew I was moving and learned xfinity would not service the area I was moving to. 4/29/22 I returned the (free) phone to Dion Pongsak at the Vadnais Heights store. Due to bad experiences in the past, I demanded a statement / receipt showing I had returned the phone and had a zero balance due. Xfinity has charged my credit card every month for the past 6 months!!!!! I'm told, He failed to enter into the system that I returned the phone. I'm in the circle of hell. Every couple weeks I called and / or chat with an xfinity rep. Each time, I'm told the problem has been resolved and my credit card information has been removed. NOTHING has been resolved. What are the requirements for working at Xfinity????? No follow thru. No accountability. Lies! Each time I contact them I request a CALL BACK from a Supervisor verifying the account is closed and the problem is corrected. NEVER have I received a single phone call. I'm spending HOURS each month on this and really should BILL XFINITY for MY time!!!

Would give zero stars if i could. I got the Internet and cable service and was promised $30 cell if I switched to them. I also was told I would get same package on cell as t mobile. Liars!!! First bill was the $30 , second bill was $46. Now third bill is $76!!!!!! Also I was told on cable I would get $200. Gift card after third billing cycle. It's been 6 months and I still haven't received gift card!!!! This is a dishonest company and I am telling you buyer beware!!!! Very dishonest !!!!! I don't know how this company is getting away with their dishonest sales pitch but strongly advise you do not use them. I am going to t- mobile today to switch back.

Not sure it was so great. Dont know if its because they are new or if its not a company store but didn't feel like I got options like I usually do when I go into Roseville.

I love the staff greeting me right when I walked in! Amazing lovely crew working here! They helped me lower my bill and upgrade my equipments on the low. Amazing!
