I hate going to buy my baby's formula having to wait for them to attend to you. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for them to arrive to give me the formula and they never arrived. I had to leave. They should improve that. There is never anyone helping you. The worst thing is that it is with key and notHelp button ????????????

Visited on Saturday Feb 17 in the morning. Best customer service iv had at any Walmart in over 5 years, super impressed with management and staff during the visit.

After buying the wrong product on accident, I came back to the store a couple hours later to exchange it for the right one. I was greeted by a rude customer service employee telling me the customer service closes at 8:00pm and they don't do returns or exchanges and behind me a really nice lady said she wouldn't have a problem doing it and the rude employee had a issue with it and the manager came over and told me no returns after 8:00 and no where online does it state that you can't return stuff during business hours and they close at 11pm and I arrived at 9:30pm.I said any form of payment would work still no, after drive back 40mins to exchange it for the right one....very poor customer service. No reason they could've not done it.It fraud.I'll add it to the list of prosecutions.

I needed a replacement headlight bulb for my car. Although online said free installation, the store was not able to do it. I went in store to purchase the bulb and when I asked about the install, they said wait time is 4-5 hours. I called around and its not something you can make an appointment for. I called the same location that I bought the bulb for and was told if I return to the store I can be added to the wait list and potentially could be snuck in 30minuted upon arrival. Once I got there, although there were other customers ahead of me, the guy at the counter was unable to quickly add me to the waiting list. After 20 mins of waiting, another guy walked in and the guy at the counter asked him to add me to the waiting list. After the tech got my car into the garage, he told me that they could not perform the service because of the snap on/off engine guard. Super confusing because all vehicles have this nowadays. If Walmart has these stipulations, it should be noted on the website.

The store offers everything you'd expect from Walmart, but the shopping experience varies. There are times when the store is well-organized and clean, but other times it's the opposite. It's advisable to shop during off-peak hours to avoid long lines and crowded aisles.

This location always has long lines at checkout--expect to wait an additional 5-15 minutes after you finish shopping.Like most Walmarts, selection and prices are good while customer service is below average.

The acrid stench of rotting tampons filled the air as i searched for at least one toilet that has been flushed or cleaned recently. Not finding one, I settled for the the least filthy and did my business. I was relieved to actually see paper on a roll although there was plenty on the floor! Shame on you Walmart for faithfully maintaining such low standards.

Busy but employees seem knowledgeable and communicate well. Excellent price on my LT tires...almost $200 better than comparable tires at Discount Tire, Firestone and Costco (selection of sizes at Costco was a joke). Plus with Walmart+ I got free road hazard coverage.

Asked an employee named Sarah for help locating an item, maybe check the back. I was even kind enough to help her lift a big item. Never returned, she was at the front, never found out if they had the item and didn't bother to say, "Hey, we ain't got it." I'm never returning going to Target instead because Walmart has become ridiculous.

I recently visited a Walmart store and I was impressed by the wide selection of products available. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to find everything I was looking for without breaking the bank. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their assistance when I needed it. Overall, I had a positive experience shopping at Walmart and would definitely recommend it to others.

Went here today for some Halloween supplies. As I was looking at pajamas I started coughing really bad. Then I noticed staff and other customers were also really coughing. One staff member started handing out face masks. I put one on but still continued to cough. A staff member told me that something was possibly sprayed in the department like mace. I lost my voice and my husband had tingling in his lips and a sore throat. We left the store and took a Benadryl.When we got home I tried to call the store to talk to the manager. After calling more than 15 times and getting no response from any department I tried I gave up. That is the reason for the 1 star. The store itself is very clean and well maintained. But to not be able to get ahold of anyone in an emergency situation is unacceptable. I will be going back in person tomorrow to talk to a manager.

Lot of fellow customers like to speed through the aisles like its fast and the furious. The location has the basics and staff is out and about helping people and filling shelves.
