WORST WALMART IN MINNESOTA. Do not come here. They have the worst customer service in the state. Employeyes in the auto section are so rude. Especially the manager guy with tattoos, he treated me and my son with special needs very bad.

Be aware of the rude and unreasonable (threatening?) employees.I came to the tire center and showed one staff (Nathan on the receipt) the Walmart app page of the specific tire I want. The page has the price on it. The staff said you can pick up my wheels with new tires in the afternoon, and he never told me (1) the in-store tire has a much higher price and (2) Walmart does not price-match tires. He did not ask me to sign anything or show me anything.7 hours later I came to the tire center again to pick up new tires. They insisted in charging me a much higher price (50% more) very rudely. I was not willing to do so as no one told me the price is different from itself. Another staff then threatened that he is going to take the new tires off my wheels and giving me the rims without tires...note that they have tore down my old tires.Waited for half an hour for their manager who kept talking about that they do not price match. But come on, the problem is, every new customer will assume Walmart app is from Walmart and the price is consistent (at least Walmart price-matches itself), and you never told the customer you have a much higher price and the customer has to accept that (because your tore down the old ones).The worst is, they never apologize and are very rude to the extent of threatening.Be aware.

Stay away there! They changed my truck oil and they didn’t tight enough oil filter. It was almost losting and, they have no idea what they doing.

They never answered the phone when you're trying to call with questions. Their website is very vague and doesn't have any answers to any questions that you may have regarding a tire.They do good work, but their customer service is trash.

Absolutely trash service! Told us 2 hours for an oil change. 3 hours later they told us we're next. 30 min later when we noticed the garage was empty we asked about our car and they said it would be another 40 min. We kept hearing them say to other customers everyone's on break still while we watched 4 other employees walking around not doing anything. Ended up leaving without the oil change. I really shouldn't be surprised though. It is Walmart. Don't go here if you actually want good customer service.

I understand walmart is cheap, but to be told 3 hours wait for two front tires change is bs. First and last time coming here. I also booked an appointment in advance and still was told one hour. A lady was here for over 8 hours just for to front tire change. I waited for 4 hours. Never coming here again. If there was negative 0 stars, I would put it in -100.Service: Tires

Worst customer service I've had. Bought tires, showed up for install but shop was closed due to air compressor issues (stuff happens, that's fine, but received no notification or call that shop was closed). Rescheduled for the next Sat at 8am, received text reminders of appointment, showed up and they said my apptmt didn't show up in their system. They wanted to put me at back of line (3 hr wait) even though all I know as a customer (confirmed by texts) is that I have an 8am appointment. Spoke with store manager, same story. Canceled my tire purchase and will go somewhere else. Won't do that again!

Great 1,000% awesome customer service. I got right in when I called in advance to make an appointment to get new tires. They also had my tires in stock. Everyone who was working in the auto center that day was so professional and was very, very nice to me and made me feel very special. Thank you! The service went so well, and now I'm riding in style with my new tires! I kind of wish they would have told me how my breaks were looking, but im sure I could go back and ask them with how nice and helping they are 10 stars!

They'll charge you a $40 hazard warranty to release your car, when getting your tires replaced. Supposedly it's required.

Came in for an OIL Change. They pulled the plug from my Transmission, drained it and removed the Transmission Filter. They then put an Oil filter on my transmission. Thinking they had drained the oil, they put 4.3 quarts of oil in the Engine. Since they never drained the oil, there was now almost 9 quarts of oil in an engine that held 4. Needles to say, the car broke down because it now had NO TRANSMISSION FLUID and 4 Extra Quarts of Oil in it.Long story short….. i ended up selling the car and loosing a lot of money about a month later. Because of Walmarts Incompetence.

Came in to get a nail removed from one not my tires. There was a pretty long wait but the CSR was very pleasant. The service tech informed me that the nail didn’t puncture the tire, so there was no Charge. Thanks Walmart for your honesty and taking the time to look at my tire.

Today's experience was horrible, did an oil change and they adjusted my tire press bit forgot to put my valve covers back, had to drive about 10miles back to the store have that fixed only to find out the auto store was closed. Waited a lot of time before i found someone to get the caps replaced.
