“Review may change with circumstances, but for now, these guys know what they are doing! Check engine light goes on, NAPA's own scanner called it a bad downstream o2 sensor which is the one by the catalytic converter that's super tight and difficult to remove on my car. Bought a new one and attempted it myself and could not do it (though I never applied any actual leverage on the Y-axis which may have worked). One of the next mornings was cold and car couldn't even steer which I already knew was from a drenched pump that was most likely shot. Car forced me to go to this place since it's a mile away. They discovered the steering pump was indeed shot, gave me the total price, 5-6 hours later it was done after ordering a pump from across town. New pump sounds weird but I suspect that's just b/c it's brand new. About 4 1/2 miles later Check engine light turns off!”

I feel that a lot of auto shops take an advantage of women not knowing about cars. The auto shop on Conway sent me pictures of my vehicle and the maintenance information. Sent me quotes via email. Explained my bill to me. I can say that I am very satisfied. I don’t like dropping my car off to shops and like to be there when they work on it, but today I took a chance and the results was worth it. Drives like new and have no complaints.”

“Bauer Built has been great to work with. I recently bought some aluminum wheels from them. I left on vacation and had my truck next door to them to get some mechanic work done. While I was gone, Bauer worked with them to get my truck after their work was done to install my wheels and have my truck done by the time I got back. A couple days after, one of the caps on my new wheels fell off and they replaced it immediately without question. No issues since. Today, I realized I had an inner flat on the rear and they got my truck in immediately upon arrival and I was able to work without much interruption. These guys are the best, hands down. Only place I will go for my wheel and tire needs.”
