My husband just left this store July 22,2034 4:36 . The male employee working at this location has the worse customer service . Lacking customer service skills and ability to converse and communicate well with customer Husband just walked out without getting the new phone and drove to another Tmobile to get us new phones. Please don’t dismiss the précis reviews written by other customers that were looking for service and received BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION.

I am a busy full time working mom of three so one evening I went in to get my refurbished phone transfered over from my old phone with an hour left till close. I was told by the representative that it was t mobile policy to not help one hour to close. I went in a second time in the morning and was told they couldn't help me on black Friday weekend. There was only one person in the store. I demanded to see a manager who gladly helped me. I shouldn't have to demand a manager to get good customer service. I doubt t mobile corporate would support their policies.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a general comment about T-mobile and NOT this location- you have the worst service ever from cell to customer service. I don't understand why people keep using T-mobile!!

I was in last week. I was trading in 2 Samsung phones for an upgrade of 2 newer Samsungs. I want to give a grand shout out to Dalton, Ethan, and Lasiarius. Wow, sure made this techinical "uneducated" gal feel ok about my list of a hundred questions. They all were patient, kind, willing to explain and wanted me to feel ok before I left the door. And invited me back if I had any further questions.The reason I stay with Tmobile is for the great customer service I get upon entry to your stores. I don't want to go somewhere that the employees are bothered by the customer. Continue Tmobile on 96 to hire employees that care about the customer.Thanks guys!!

Dalton, the manager, goes above and beyond to serve the customers and his staff follows his example. My experience with TMobile customer service online and by phone has been nothing short of mind bogglingly inept and if anyone was going to keep me as a customer it would be Dalton.

Staff would leave and go to the back after done with customer, while there was a ton of people in the store waiting to be helped. Very inefficient. A lot of the time there was only 1 or 2 workers helping people. Would recommend going to a different T-Mobile location (White Bear Ave location)if possible. Would rather give them 0 stars.
