“Amazing staff and amazing prices. I used to go here when I only had a bike, boss guy or staff would always watch my bike while I shopped. Now I have a car, I remember that, and I'm a loyal customer. The prices are fantastic too. If you are a seltzer enjoyer like I am, you'll be impressed by their selection as well.Normally they have white claw, bud light, and truly seltzers. They carry other varying stock as well. Right now they have Fulton as well!”

“I know it’s a wine place, but their curated beer selection is incredible. I could’ve closed my eyes and picked anything from the 2-3 small coolers and been happy. They carried a Brooklyn Brewery sour, a Lagunitas N/A, several brews from Bad Weather and Bald Man, many imports, and more. I got to taste a few Japanese beers and sakes while I was there, plus I chatted with a champagne vendor who was visiting. The staff was super knowledgable and approachable.”

They've got more space than most, and they don't waste space on mountains of cheap and flavorless beer, or an entire aisle devoted to every IPA under the sun.The selection here is fantastic. They have a nice balance in their selection that few places manage to achieve. Sure they have some of the light beers and cheap wines, but they also have more craft beers than you're likely to find anywhere else nearby. If you're a fan of barrel-aged beer or wine, this is the place to go. It's the only place I've ever had the "problem" of having so many excellent barrel-aged options I had a hard time deciding which ones to get.All of this is available at prices that rival the giant warehouse stores, without the endless wandering to find what you want.The people who work here are helpful and friendly, and while they don't tend to be experts in all things alcoholic, they do a good job of knowing what is in stock and where on the shelf it is. You may not get recommendations for the perfect wine pairing, but if you know what you want, it won't take long to find it.As a final extra bonus here, they have some of the best tobacco prices around. Lower than the tobacco shops in the area. Even slightly lower than the prices across the border in Wisconsin.Two thumbs way up to the manager here. This is one of the most well-run establishments of any kind I've seen in recent years.”

From the parsnip soup to the fried gnocchi, and then the black cod which had the crispiest skin I've ever tasted on a fish combined with melt in your mouth tenderness underneath. Still thinking about how they were able to achieve that.Basically, do their coursed meal and come hungry and you will not be disappointed.”

“We've been meaning to check out Keenan's for years. Wow. We've been missing out! Pool tables, darts, board games, pull tabs, touch tunes AND a pinball machine? All the things. Loved the diverse patrons and have already been back again within a week. The food is TASTY and decent serving size for the price.We ordered French fries, fried chicken sandwich, Chicago dog and the mixed green salad. Loved all of it!”

Overall, there is not much else that has changed. Still the same stuff and not noticing and significant changes in price. Overall, still more expensive than many of the other larger liquor stores, but we don't mind spending a few extra bucks to support a small local store.”
