“I came in to inquire about prices while on a walk as I had been looking for a dry cleaner within my budget for a few items. The front desk staff member was super helpful and emailed me a full price list answering all my questions. I came back a couple days letter to drop off my items and again received excellent customer service from a different staff member. The clothes were ready in a couple days as promised. My clothes were returned in great condition. I had brought in a handmade vyshyvanka (traditional dress shirt) and was worried that the clean wouldn't be gentle enough but it looks amazing. Convenient location, fair price, and great staff. Would recommend and will return for any dry cleaning needs. Thank you!”
“Where do I begin, ? well first off the location is amazing. I love that i can use my credit card to upload to laundry card. It's always clean and no waiting. I've come at different times of the day and the staff is always respectful and helpful My first time here Brandon was so helpful in showing me how everything works and when it came time to go he with no hesitation grabbed my bags held the door and proceeded to carry My things to the car. He does this every time I arrive it's like he knows My car ? and he addresses me by name a plus in my book.”
“Just found this place and so far so good. Got my clothes done in 24 hours and they did a great job. Been here twice now. You need to look for it to find it as it is tucked back a touch off the main drive. (7th) There is an entrance on the other side which I prefer as that road is far less busy.”

“I find this to be the best laundromat I’ve been to. The staff are kind and never fail to tell me how everything works, and the machines clean my clothes very well without leaving any lingering smells or stains. This laundromat is always nicely kept and never trashed, i can feel comfortable letting my nieces and nephews play with the toy’s because I know how the workers keep them clean.”

“If I could rate this laundromat out of 10, I would give it a 9.5/10 because sometimes the floors are a little gross and sometimes the place reeks of marijuana. The machines are alright, and get the job done. My one wish is that these would be maintenanced a little more often and the detergent/bleach input area be cleaned more frequently.”
“I have always found it hard to understand why some of the cleaners in the Woodberry area were so outrageously expensive. When I can walk in to my Woodlane, clean and press be greeted with the smile, and have perfect results every single time for years, why would I ever Want to go elsewhere. I have come here twice for homecoming dress alterations in the past (my family have also come here for their pants and prom dresses) and it was very high quality work. The lady is always very sweet; although she speaks very soft and quiet. Every time I was surprised with how affordable alterations here are as well.”

“I’ve had this old teddy bear for nearly 30 years. It means more to me than I can say, and I hope to keep it another 30 and so on, however, that being said, it REALLY needed some TLC.I brought this in and the woman at the front was so sweet and happy to give the ol’ stuffy a “makeover.”He looks great, perfect. He is softer than the day I got him from my dad.The staff was great. All of them. They also fixed a dress I bought, easily. The experience was stress free, and they answered all of my questions.I sincerely feel like people that have negative reviews on here were either extremely rude or had impossible expectations, I mean, reading one of these reviews… who asks the front desk if they are having a bad day? That’s like telling a woman to smile, or bugging someone while they have headphones on.Don’t treat people like the “help” they are human beings for godsake, and you want a good relationship with people like this that are going to do their damn-best to make your stuff new again. They are not miracle workers though, if you wait 7 years to get pit-stains out of a shirt from The Gap that you wore, and washed 57 times afterwards, do you really think they’d be perfect in one go?That’s on you.Not them.Take care of your stuff and get it cleaned by places like this sooner, then they can help you with the expectations you have in mind. Haven’t you been to a cleaner before dude?Instead of just coming in here or Yelp trying to “drag” a business, wouldn’t it be so much cooler to go back to the place, tell them about your dissatisfaction and then work to make it right (teamwork amiright?). Wouldn’t getting some additional help be a lot cheaper and less energy then being negative?These people are great, don’t listen to any downright negative Nancy’s that say they deserve “less than one star” while also explaining that the staff already reached out to help them.If a company didn’t care or have good morals they wouldn’t be responding to all of these reviews.But I digress…thank you so much St Croix Cleaners. “I have been utilizing Hamline cleaners for a LONg time and never ever had any bad experiences.The customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Joe is hands down the best! He is so personable and works with you to understand your needs and goes above and beyond for delivery.This is a mom and pop business that has been around since 1932. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their work ethic is out of this world.I am really glad that this place survived the many construction projects on 51 and the pandemic. I make a point to go out of my way to bring all my dry cleaning to Hamline cleaners.”
“I went in because I had a small rip in the jacket and they took it for less than 2 minutes time and professionally fixed it! I asked “Hey, how much do you I owe you?” And they said “No worries about that, this one is free.” I walked out with the biggest smile on my face because of this kind act, This place is the place to go for repairs!! “Peace and quiet doing laundry clean too..I've lived in my apartment across the street for 2 yrs and I must say I spent more money trying to was ha load in my building I save 20 bucks by walking my 2 loads and it do not take 5 hrs for 2 loads...I'm impressed you may get the loud cellphone users....but other than that the earlier the better..less traffic...could use a mini detergent vending and more selection of sodas and snacks in the vending machines”

“I've passed by this place many times in the past without realizing it's a laundromat until my boyfriend took me there to wash our clothes. There isn't a huge visible sign out front, that's why. This place is owned by wonderful people. I especially like how it's usually not very busy every time I go there. I like to park in the back for a bit of privacy since the front faces busy Frost Ave. It's located right across from Legacy funeral home in Maplewood.”
“Best laundromat in the area. Safe and clean environment. I fully understand why and appreciate that there is no public bathroom or public wash basin.I attempted to visit a different laundromat up the road and was greeted by people half naked, brushing teeth, and God only knows what else!”

“This place is the best! They do amazing work at great prices. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They really care about getting your items cleaned. They have gotten out many tough stains and saved many of my items. I recently brought my winter coats that were in desperate condition. I thought one of them might be ruined. “Had to use a laundry mat this week. Found this gem online, clean, everything works. Many machine choices. Heavy security with cameras. Opens automatically at 6am, doors auto lock at 9. Only drawback, no credit card pay, all quarters, but excellent change machine.”
