“Before heading out to the Verizon store, I checked Google reviews for stores near me. This store had the highest review although it was further from home. I had a great experience with Eric F helping me purchase and set up my new phone. Eric is personal and smart. He was able to effectively problem solve the issues inherent in setting up a new phone and moving all my data. Thanks for a great experience!”

“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”

“The internet service provided by Verizon is fantastic. I don't know about the cell service . I lived where super storm sandy made ground and was able to watch the news about it ( using a generator) while the storm raged . I never lost internet .”
“This store is awesome! I visited to set up my prepaid account and everyone was fun and laughing and it was beat experience in a store. I even got to get a light from T-Mobile Tuesdays being a new T-Mobile customer! Love the service! The people helping me were Tunde and Dangelo.”
“Quinn, Malik and Aaron helped me out getting new services set up for my family and we had to come back 3 different times to get everything set up (tech illiterate here) and every time they were so helpful and nice. Despite being very busy, they answered all my questions and set us up with the perfect phones to suit our individual needs.

“I was at the store a few days ago and when I walked in I witnessed a crazy lady screaming and cussing at the reps (whom soon helped me), claiming she was overcharged when she left she slammed the door and hit the window!!!! To that point when my name was called to say I was hesitant was an understatement…. However I was pleasantly surprised when those same two gentlemen Nigel and Michael I believe where the kindest and smartest gentlemen I’ve worked with at that store. They where super well educated and new there stuff and explained in great detail my new bill. When I got the survey of I could give a 20 I would it was fantastic. I will always be coming back here in the future to work with those gentlemen as it was the best experience I’ve ever had. And to that lady who left the store upset I wish she would learn to listen and control her anger and treat people with respect.”

“I stopped in today to find out why my google photos weren't syncing to my Chromebook? Also why the voice mail wouldn't let me call it? Lana had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes!! Also added the visual voicemail icon to my screen. Updated some settings so the photos will always sync and not only when it's searched for a wifi signal. I appreciated her extremely swift service and kind attitude. Thanks Lana I much appreciated the fixes and describing the steps you took to make the changes... should I have a future issue!!”
“I have been having a problem with an old router & line. I have talked to about 8 T-Mobile staffers over the last year. I stopped in to the store at Rosedale today and the Retail Service Manager heard my story AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 3 MINUTES FLAT. (I'm sorry, I can't recall her name right now, but she is awesome!)

“I had a great experience here! I knew It was time for a new phone but dreaded the process- I wasn't planning on using the Woodbury Store, but had just finished shopping at Target next door. The parking lot was empty so I went in. The store person was stocking and I mentioned for him to keep going as I would wait and his reply was, "no, l can stock anytime, how can I help you?" That one phrase and gesture set the entire tone for a great experience. I left (painlessly) thirty minutes later with my new phone totally up and running (I'm loving it), only the extras I absolutely needed, complete instructions and all the information I needed if I should require further assistance. Jason B was my salesperson and I highly recommend you pick a day when he's on. Sales, customer service and no hassle-it's what he does and he's good at it. I hope Verizon is aware of what an asset he is. And to think, I had been dreading that trip!”
