I called and asked if they had curtains for those wanting more privacy and was told they do. I was lied to about this and also was very discouraged to come back. The first person to help me had an awful smell (a smoker) and I was very unsatisfied with the customer service.

went to this Great Clips today with my daughter. two Asian ladies had cut both of our hair they were very short and i felt extremely rushed. My request were simple to only take 1 inch off my length, next thing you know the lady behind the chair turned into Edward scissor hands and 3 inches of hair surrounded me on the floor....I walked out nearly in tears.

Came here few weeks ago to get my 10 year old daughter hair cut the Asian lady cut her hair while doing it all she kept saying is that my daughter hair is dry and damaged but really it’s not my daughter is half African American so her hair is different texture after my daughter got home I told her to wash it because they said they don’t do washes or conditioners anymore and i straightened her hair… her hair is so uneven she just chopped it these people definitely don’t know how to cut hair one side is long then the other never again will I go here!! For the amount of money they ask for a kids hair cut then kept saying u have cash for tip don’t go here should have just went to the salon next door 0 stars!!!

6 minute haircut and razor pulled and tugged my hair out and stylist missed a lot of my hair, with the clippers.
