I love this store but unfortunately there’s a girl that works here that is incredibly rude. I have had to deal with her twice and I have called once about her but she doesn’t wear a name tag so I can’t identify her that way. I usually do the self check out and both times it needed a worker to put in a coupon and both times she has not put the coupon in the first time then has to come back a second time and explain it to me like I’m a toddler even though she is the one that didn’t do it in the first place. I have treated her with respect yet she automatically has an attitude. Bad way to treat people giving the business money especially when groceries are already so expensive.

Best in the business. High quality food at a fraction of the price of Whole Foods.

First time here. Just like any typical grocery store. Lots of variety and fresh fruit.Just went there to grab a few things and check the place out. Will update this when I have more time to browse.I did think it was cool that they sell living herbs. I went 2 hours before close. They had a pretty display for sushi. Based on the time. I'm guessing that's the reason for small selection.

Staff is racist towards black people when I was there last night with my husband. But I love the store with all the herbs and vitamins, that is why I go to fresh thyme. Bloomington is a better store.

I'm a "regular" at this market ....until last night. I did the self check-out, $115 worth. I realized when I went to pay that I had left my wallet at work. I had a credit card at home but I live a ways from there. I offered to call it in when I got home. I realize this was a BIG ask but what bothered me was there was zero effort to look and see if I was a member of their "club", to perhaps look at my buying history to validate that I'm a regular.....there was no effort period. Sadly, I won't be returning to this market. Risking $115 for all future purchases seems like it might have been the right choice.

I love this store and wish we lived closer to it! The subtle aroma of fresh herbs and spices throughout the store makes me feel refreshed and uncannily eager to buy produce. Some wizardry is clearly at play! They have a fabulous collection of small herb and flower plants, organic vegetables, and fruits right when you enter that's totally mesmerizing. The bins are loaded with immaculate produce that look like they were just plucked from a garden or tree, washed, polished, and then gently stacked like art adorned with fresh herbs and flowers. I have never seen an employee updating the inventory, so I assume Fresh Thyme has secret elves that discreetly maintain the impressive presentation. (Though this may sound like hyperbole, I dare you to visit Fresh Thyme for your next produce purchase to trial the pleasantly aromatic and mood-boosting experience. Seriously. It must have mental health benefits.)I often seek out non-GMO and organic products with no corn syrup, and Fresh Thyme has a fabulous selection, and that's often the majority of products. They have tons of gluten-free and sugar alternatives-- both raw ingredients like almond flour and monk fruit to pasta made from chickpeas. They have a whole aisle of supplements from adaptogenic herbs and super mushrooms like turkey tail, lion's mane, chaga, reishi, and more.We come here most often last-minute to pick up a food dish or appetizer to share at parties. They have a nice assortment of ready-to-bake pizza, antipasta (olives, caprese), and cheese, nuts, or crackers for charcuterie. The store is always immaculately clean. The staff are helpful. And, bonus, there's a liquor store attached to pick up wine or beer to complete your meal!

The service here gets progressively worse all the time. I shop for Instacart so I’m in and out of stores all day long and the service everywhere has suffered since Covid but here is especially bad. They’re incredibly unfriendly and no one can answer a question without consulting five other people. The store is tiny, they have one register open and everything else is self check out, but the employees still consistently act as if they’re put out by being there. Their to-go lunch items are very low quality and honestly kind of gross and they have specialty items but they’re overpriced. Save your money, go to Trader Joe’s.

I was in the vadnais location about 30 days ago and what I witnessed was appalling. There was a young gentleman with black glasses and blonde ish hair near the canned soup isle talking to another employee. He said “I don’t like Jewish people” the other employees said I don’t think that’s appropriate and walked away. He then said “I don’t care it’s true” I was so taken back I set my items down and walked out. I will never go back to that store again. I have been debating if I should leave a review or not. I did call the store and spoke to a supervisor I can’t recall her name who wasn’t much help when I asked who I could speak to, to report offensive language. So a review just seemed appropriate.

I frequent a few Fresh Thyme locations, Vadnais used to be a favorite, but they've lost some great employees the past few years leaving only the lazy and rude ones to serve customers.Avoid this location, it doesn't represent a "fresh" mentality. Also, maybe suggest to your employees who smoke not stand and lean against the front of the store. It's unappealing and the first thing customers see.

This fresh thyme is great and is always well stocked. It’s a very rare occasion to not find an item I’m looking for. They also have beautiful plants for sale. The deli staff, cashiers, and liquor store staff are all friendly. The added self checkout recently which has been great as there used to be long lines, but now I never have to wait in line.
