Fairway Collision is amazing. We always get such great service from everyone involved. The person at the desk is always welcoming and kind, and person getting our estimate has been great, their relationship with Enterprise in Roseville makes it super easy to get into a vehicle, they do a wonderful job fixing up our vehicle, the communication and updates by text and email while the vehicle is being fixed is also wonderful. Also, my car is always in better shape and much cleaner than when I dropped it off! Thank you so much Fairway for making our experiences pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of using Fairway Collision for some repairs on my vehicle, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process.
The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My car looks as good as new! I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Was recommended Fairway by my insurance company and WOW, THANK YOU! The staff were professional and helpful. I received timely text updates as they repaired my car. They worked easily with insurance, and were there to answers questions if I had them. Staff even detailed my car, which was unexpected but very appreciated. HIGHLY recommend them!

They maybe busy but that’s because of the great job they all do! I’ve had both my car’s repaired within the last 6 weeks or so.
one vehicle was covered by the other party’s insurance and I didn’t have to do anything but set up the appt. It’s was so easy and always updated us in the progress. Clean up could have been better but was not seen until we got home and they would have taken care of it, if we noticed it beforehand.
Our other car (2015 red) was our fault or the raccoons?!? The shop did a great job again, the repainted bumper fully matched the older side panels and hood paint. They even went above expectations and fully cleaned our car inside and out!

Another car problem: the rear right fender on my 2014 Prius "separated" from the body of the car.
I drove here to get a repair estimate.
The gentleman that did the estimate took a look, and said, " I can fix this for no charge." Since I was assuming a lot of costly dismantling of my bumper et. al. was in store, this was good news.
The repairs previously done to my wife's car were extensive, and expertly done.
But the news on offer here is that these folks are not only competent, but honest and helpful.
This is an outstanding organization to do business with.

My car is getting fixed there right now and they have let me know every step they're at to keep me updated. The person that I've been in contact with is super nice and understanding since I work 3rd shift he just texts me which is awesome!

Fairway Collison is such a great business to work with. I have gone there several times over the years, and every experience has been a good one. This last time I needed a window replaced on my new car, due to vandalism with a rock blowing through it (while driving!), and they got me in right away. Their work is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have no prior experience with auto body shops. However, I have owned my own business up until retirement. Fairway is in a class of its own. It's in a lovely spot. Lots of parking, fun and interesting environment, lady at front desk knows what she is doing. if any of their employees walk through the waiting area they smile at you. No waiting to be checked in. A young man greets you and immediately goes out to look at your car. You're handed your estimate in about 10 minutes. No pressure. Everything just flows together. They actually sit down with you and discuss how the whole process will continue, if you decide to have your car repairs done at their establishment. No one is stressed out. They give you the feeling they are experts at what they do...and they are. They take better care of your car than your doctor takes care of you. And along with their knowledge, their prices were extremely fair. I had 2 other estimates, Fairway was half of what the others were going to charge me. I am so glad I took my vehicle to them.
