I bought my whole families bikes from here over that last 20 years.. over the last few months there new policies have made them the worst place to TRY and get the SIMPLEST repairs done. Never ever even going to look at an Eric’s bike shop ever again. And that’s sad cause I used to LOVE SHOPPING THERE

Brought my bike in to get my seat post removed which had been rusted into the frame of my custom bmx bike, after a few weeks I come to pick it up and they had not removed the seat post and it was bent up and will not fit the old seat so even if I wanted to ride it and sit down I couldn’t, still paid $80 and for what, for them to break it? Not cool man?

Newly purchased ebike spent 7 weeks of summer in the shop. They didn't know what was wrong with it, then they broke it trying to fix it. Very disappointing customer service. No offer to make amends for loss of use. District manager did nothing. Communication was poor. They didn't even call when it was ready to pick up. Experience at purchase was great but beware if something goes wrong and you're just outside of the return window. They are too busy selling to service their bikes. They have to wait for weeks/months for Aventon ebike parts. Erik maybe you should do something about that.
