Update 9/2024 - Also have had two oil changes, etc. thus far and also EXCELLENT experience. Melanie was phenomenal. I also LOVE LOVE the new addition to service Subaru has. Instead of filling out a paper telling the customer what they looked at, which let's fact it, customers glance, but don't look at it - I received a link to a video the technician took showing me around my car, each item checked, oil draining, EVERYTHING. I so love this!!”
