Stephanie was great does a very good job. She Makes sure my lashes look nice and full before finishing.The prices have gone up, which I understand the economy is going up, but it’s just getting too spendy!I hope they gave their employees raises with the price increase!

I had an appointment scheduled on 12/31 which was cancelled on me with an hours notice. I also had an appointment on Sunday, 2/12 at 11am. After waiting for over an hour, I was told that they could not accommodate me and I would be rescheduled for today, 2/13, at 7pm. I called to confirm my appointment - no one reached out to me - and was told that was also cancelled. Both a lash technician and a front desk staff member told me a regional manager would reach out to me, but I have yet to hear from them.EDIT: I emailed the manager twice in February requesting to cancel my membership and never heard back. I was then charged for March.

I had an appointment for Saturday,12/9 @ 9:00 am. The lash tech called in sick. I waited in the lobby 10 minutes to be told I would have to reschedule. Monday was the earliest I could reschedule. Bailey, receptionist said she would have the manager call me on Monday to discuss some compensation. There was no other tech avail, nothing more to be done. I had no other options and was sent on my way. I had a photo shoot that day looking forward to that appointment.I never got a call on Monday, as promised. I called after 4 pm and waited another hour for Riley, manager to add further insult to injury. She quickly offered me two $10 off coupons. While making all concessions for the worker being sick, calling in at the last minute and Riley saying she told her worker to stay home, having covid. Riley said she contacted her appts and when asked why I didn't get that same courtesy, Riley changed her story to say she was off work and had no contact info at home. When I restated her notifying others and not me who she could have spoken to directly as I was on site more excuses followed. She even mentioned not being able to control her staff being sick... I stated to Riley, had I cancelled how I would be charged... she mentioned, I would not if I were sick or a family emergency. Never was I told that with emphasis that even being late, I could be charged, was my experience. Riley said she could only give me a total of $20.00 off. Not happy, I asked for her manager or the owner to remedy my concern. Riley said that Alley was the regional manager, stated they were good friends and she would support what she was saying; adding she was doing a good job trying to provide the best customer service to me. Riley minizing my concerns and labeling me as difficult, Riley was uncompromising. Then further stated Alley would only give me $10.00 off as she had with the others from that day. That not making no sense to me and conflicting, Riley started walking back things she previously said. I asked for a corp person and was told they would not call me and would leave the final word up to her. She also refused to give me a corporate number. While I waited for her to look up the number, the phone hung up. When I called back, Akeelee, receptionist stated Riley was busy. I mentioned we were just on the phone a minute earlier.Then she stated the phones were messing up. Riley finally got back on the phone, and allegedly unable to find the number said I could look it up on line. I requested to cancel my membership and asked about the refund. Dues just came out 11/25. I was told I would have two credits, per my membersip, to be used within a certain time period. Nothing more to be done. I asked for that to be in writing with all the unprofessional treatment/conflicting responses received. Riley started loud talking me on her credentials as a manager and doing her best customer service blaming me for not being in agreement with her condescending attitude. She hung up again without confirming my membership cancelation... I am requesting to be refunded half the dues from November with no further withdraws in December. I was not seen in December. Why would I want to continue this one-sided contract at my financial expense? If I am late or unable to come, I'm charged. If I'm cancelled by them, I should simply accept that. This was actually the second time they canceled my appointment with in minutes of my scheduled appt. This behavior is absolutely NOT good customer service and frankly speaking fraud. I paid $119.99/mo for that monthly membership and was only promised to be credited, at the most, $20.00. That is a scam.Riley is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered.I gave this rating a 1 star as you can't give any lower rating. Riley deserves a minus rating. She is a terrible repsentative for this business with poor customer service ethics.Service: Eyelash extensions

Crazy. I got my lashes done not even a week ago and almost all of them have fallen out. On top of that the stylist didn’t really give me what I wanted, I asked for a volume hybrid set and it looked like classics. I booked this appointment cause of an online special but when it came to pay it was double the amount I expected. Just upset not only did I pay a lot more then I expected for lashes I didn’t want , they all fell out in less then a week.Service: Eyelash extensions

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I have had nothing but a bad experience with this place. 1. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful if there is a problem. I have gotten the blank stare more than a couple times. They seem not to not know what they are doing. 2. My lashes were done on a thursday before I went out of town for a long weekend. I called them on when I retuned on Monday to see if they could redo them and they told me that they have a three day window and there was nothing that they can do about it. Maybe this should be told to clients. I had to go in and pay for a mini refill when I just paid for a refill the week before. 3. I showed up for my appointment after takiing an hour off of work to get there and they told me that I did not have a techician available. No apology. Just the blank stare, 4. I went out of town and went another Amazing Lash in AZ for a refill and they would not do my lashes. They told me that there was extension lashes stuck together along with my own lashes stuck together. Also, some of the extensions weren't glued to my lashes They told me that the only thing they would suggest is to remove all my lashes and come back to get another full set. They just could not add anymore lashes to the mess I already had. I have called the salon several times today and no one answers the phone. I hope they cancel my membership as requested and I the money back that has already been pre-paid for a future appt.

DO NOT GO HERE. When I called to book the appointment I told them i would need my old lashes removed before having a new set put on because I wanted a different style then last time. The previous lash techs i had Perri and Rei were not available, so i was booked with someone new. At my appointment the new tech told me they only booked me for a full set not a removal so I had to keep my old lashes on which ended up giving me a weird hybrid style I didn't want. My tech didnt introduce herself to me and wasnt very freindly at all. The room was also dirty, the bed had glue and lashes all over it from previous appointments. She didnt offer to put a foam block under my knees like the other techs ive had did, so i was uncomfortable the whole time. Near the end my left eye started burning bad which I told the receptionist, they gave me eye drops which helped a little. Then at the end found out my techs name was kassie. Next day my left eye is swollen and bloodshot. I called to speak to a manager and the assistant manager I spoke to gave a poor apology and said someone would reach out to me about a partial refund, and dismissed my concerns of it possibly being an infection. I've never in years had any type of bad reaction to glue or adhesive and its only my left eye. I have worked in customer service for years and a full refund is more than reasonable considering I wasn't booked for the services I has asked for, the tech wasnt friendly or made any effort to make me comfortable, im not happy with the results as the lashes arent full, even, and are sticking out in all different directions even after brushing them out, and now my eye is possibly infected which i wouldnt doubt since the room looked like a mess. Your calls should be recorded so you can go listen to the call recordings and I have photos of my bloodshot and swollen eye that is continuously getting worse and more painful for proof. I don't want a free removal service, I don't trust your staff to go anywhere near my eyes again, I'll go elsewhere to get them removed and for services from now on, but i do want a full refund because this is ridiculous. Previously I've always been happy with Rei and Perri, but after dealing with this pain and being brushed off by the assistant manager I don't ever want to come back. I asked for hybrids but somehow ended up with classics. The tech said "omg I'm so d*** how did I forget" and admitted to goofing them. I told her it was okay, they're cute and I like them. But my issue was at check out... I got an email saying my full set would be $69.99 but I was being charged 89.99 plus 20 for being with a master stylist. Then told about the membership. That my fill will be "free" with the membership sign up. So I did it. But wow. Talk about a scam. I dropped over $100 on lashes that were goofed. I've gone other places and never spent this much. Then to be asked if I wanna tip my stylist? No. She didn't do the job I asked for.And the rooms and beds are not as they described online.Service: Eyelash extensions

I got lash extensions done here on a Friday, by Thursday the following week 80% of the lashes in one eye had fallen out…i’ve gotten my lashes extended a few times in the past, and each time i had about 60% of my lashes still attached 3 weeks later… they must be using a defective adhesive.Service: Eyelash extensions

I went in to get a lash lift and tint which I have had before and I have never had a worse experience than this one. To start off my lash tech was 20 minutes late, she did not wash my lashes before beginning, never told me where she was in the process or asked how I was doing. To top it off she got the products in my eyes during the service which burned very badly, there was glue and tint residue on my eyes even after I left and honestly look no different from before.
