The studio manager Princess Thompkins is the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered-after going into the studio to cancel my membership I continued to be charged. She refused to reimburse me-encouraged me to file a credit card dispute or pursue a BBB complaint absolute no regard for customer service or doing the right thing.

Got a full set in February and joined the membership but the lashes started falling out a week later while I was out of town. When I called to cancel the membership, they told me I had to cancel in-person. So I finally made it there on April 2 to cancel in person and fill out a cancellation form. They told me I would not get charged after May but I had three credits and could get my lashes done with 2 credits. So, I did. Again, lashes started falling out after a week. Now it is June 5 and I am still getting charged the membership fee even after filling out the cancellation forms on April 2. I can't reach anyone at the site to handle the cancellation. Now, it feels like a scam.
