The negative review is just not true! They must mean a different Hardware Hank store. I don't want to drive to Marshall every time I need something... especially with gas prices the way they are. I always find them to be super helpful.

Complete *SShole owner. Terrible attitude. Worst customer service of the year (so far). They overcharged me 45% from the sticker/ display price. I brought this to his attention. Instead of correcting the mistake he raised his voice at me (rude) and blamed it on a credit card markup (which is 3% btw). What a poor excuse for a business. I'll never shop here again! I'd rather drive to Marshall.

Love the customer service at Tyler Hardware Hank. They have great inventory and have been a lifesaver for us in times of need. Thank you Bob, Brenda and staff for being so wonderful!

Bob is knowledgeable with many hardware questions. His wife Brenda always greets you with a smile and ready to assist you with your needs.Tyler is lucky to have their store in in Tyler.It is extremely handy when you need that certain project screw, nut, PVC fitting. You name it and they may have it. Nice clean orderly store.
