Call and request payment of bill they have never sent me and treat me like I'm crazy for requesting an actual bill before I make payment. Treatment was good but billing practices are more than suspect

I had to leave a review for Ashley because she is so wonderful! She made me comfortable, and she knows what questions to ask to give really good advice. Ive been seeing Ashley for a few years now, and I highly recommend her anyone and everyone. It is evident that she cares about her clients and it’s not just a job. Their front desk gal, Debbie is so welcoming and kind and is so helpful when figuring scheduling appointments and billing questions. I wouldn’t recommend any other counseling service.

All my children go to Kaylee, she is so wonderful! My children have made such progress in their emotional, and mental well-being. The organized staff and managers are easy to work with. As a client we are made aware of all protocols and fees before hand which helps us stay organized and accountable for their appointments. We love KCS!

Unprofessional is an understatement, they are deserving of zero stars! I was here for an issue and once completed I need a return to work form to which the individuals at Kalina stated they would send over so I could return to work, but it would cost fifty dollars. I said no problem, they responded with should we charge the card on file I responded with yes and I was charged the fifty dollars for the return to work letter. One would presume everything is copacetic following this conversation and the letter would be sent to my employer. Well after two months went by and still nothing I reached out to them and I was given the run around and told that they now they weren't going to send it and were refunding my money? I am blown away! This place is a joke, they are there for the money and not to make a difference by providing quality counseling services. I may lose my job because of their deplorable handling of my case!
