Today I was lied to by one of your tow truck drivers he claimed he called his boss to see about my daughter and I having enough room for us to be picked up and dropped off with my vehicle when he arrived he has his dog in the tow truck. I noticed as he was done dropping my car off to my destination, He had a woman in the passenger seat. If I didn't have someone to help pick up my daughter and I we would have been stranded. Because he had his dog and his and A woman in the tow truck. Actually verydisappointed. Progressive did notify s the tow company stating that there was a child in the vehicle with me.

This place was great! My car broke down in Albert Lea and for some reason my insurance company called these guys to come get us a tow even though they were 1.5 hours away. T-Town called me and agreed it made no sense and said they knew some towing places in Albert Lea and helped us find another place to call. While I tried to sort that out he sat on the phone trying to connect with dispatch for us. It was a stressful situation and they were one of the most helpful people we spoke with even after we agreed they weren't going to come tow us!

Fast and friendly! Drove all the way down to Buffalo Center, IA for Roadside Assistance help and was talkative the whole time he worked, which was nice. Thank You so much for the help!
