No soap or shampoo in rooms, hard mattress. No parking for trucks. Location is for sale, attendant said owner was focused on other properties.

It's not the newest hotel in the world but it is very comfortable. The folks there are very friendly. The rooms are nice and give you a good night's rest. They are clean, which is important. I'll be back.

It wasn’t the best experience. The beds were not comfortable for stiff, the pillows had no support, black and yellow stains all over the mattress, cockroach in the toilet. Dead ants in one of the beds. The bathroom was small, not clean enough. Staff was decent, and welcoming. Otherwise I don’t think any of the bedding have been in a washer and drier. Don’t recommend, otherwise it was alright.

Extremely small room, which would have been ok since we just needed a place to sleep for the night. But the bathroom was ridiculously small, the bathroom linens had stains on them (so we used some we had in the car) and the lock on the door was broken. Oh and there is a "sleep number" bed in the room, but it didn't work. Overpriced for the quality.

Wayy overpriced. But they keep the rooms clean and the beds are comfortable. Make sure you check your bank statement after you're charged for your room. They wrote $68 a night on my receipt for a single room but checked my transactions later and they charged me $88 a night (double room). Not sure if they're trying to pull something or if it was an accident. Just be sure to check.

Very small rooms, but clean. A bit rundown, but new sink in bathroom and other efforts have been made to update. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to Casey's C-store and Subway for food and snacks. Decent enough for a quick stay.

Decent place, nothing special. Rooms are small and basically what you'd expect from a little motel. My room didn't have shampoo, but I'm sure they just forgot and I could have gotten some if I didn't have my own. It's your only option in the town of Tracy. Friendly staff.

Just tried to get a room. Went to the office twice in an hour and to our surprise, nobody was there. Even used the provided phone for calling the employees while they aren't in the office... no answer either time. Very unprofessional.

The motel was fairly clean, the beds were made, and the AC worked. The was a mini fridge and microwave in the room as well as a table and chair. The area appeared to be safe and set back from the main road so that you didn't hear cars passing by at night. My main complaint is the beds. One mattress was a sleep number bed and it was fine, but the other mattress was completely deflated and uncomfortable. The only other complaint I had was the level of cleanliness. Bedding and towels felt old and not completely clean to the touch. Room was a bit damp and musty.

It's $50 per night and you get one room which is 80 percent occupied by the full sized bed. You have to side shuffle beside the bed to get to the tiny little bathroom. Even though the place is tiny, housekeepers can't seem to get the floors vacuumed. It works if all you need is a place to sleep I guess. But for $50, you should just go to Marshall because you can drive that 21 miles and get a more spacious room for the same price and you also have a bigger city with more amenities at your convenience.
