My first time at this place, paid gas with cc, followed insteuctions as any other places, like remove card quickly, it didn't ask for zip code, I thought it was odd but a lot if places I've didn't ask for it, so I waited and the message to lift handle and start pumping came up, I filled my tank and usually I choose no for receipt, machine didn't offer that option, so I hang nozzle back and took off, 10 minutes later I got a call from my house, the Sheriff Dept had called saying I had not paid for my gas and they were coming for me?My husband told them it should've been a mistake, I would not leave without paying, so ge called me in town and I immediately returned toTesoro and handle them my card, she refused it and asked for the payment to be made in cash, luckly I had cash on me and I paid for the gas.My point is, the pump should have not released gas if the payment didn't go through, if their equipment is not operating properly, they should take it out of service. If the Sheriff could not get hold of someone at my house, I would have been arrested and humiliated in town, because of their faulty equipment and/or imcompetency.

What a joke, the self service wash was out of service so went to the auto wash.I was using the bug remover brush and soap in a bucket while I waited for the car in front of me to finish when an employee wanted to chastise me on the way I was using the brush. Saying that it wasn't for the entire car and that it's very expensive for them to supply that to the customer and that I must stop using it. The bug remover is still soap and water... Not expensive, 9$ for a carwash and your going to tell me how to clean my car. Some colorful words were exchanged and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Petro Pumpers carwash is full service for the same price and you won't be hassled.

Car wash leaves a lot to be desired. Leaves your vehicle looking as if it was never actually washed. The dryer also does a poor job as well, so if you manage to get your vehicle cleaned by this wash, bring a towel to dry it off.

Never heard of this chain before. This particular location does not maintain their equipment well. The car was and vacuums were in poor condition and did not function well.
