I’ve been going here for years and gotta say there the only place in this Town I would ever bring a vehicle to. From the moment you walk in the door you’re treated with much respect. There turn over rate for employees is very low for a reason and I believe that reason is they treat there employees well also. The last two times needing vehicle repairs it’s been way under the quoted amount. These people are hear to help and there good service is second to none in this town! A+++++

Not happy with my experience. First time going to speeds in october for a timing chain. I picked it up and immediately something felt wrong.. this resumed. Every time I got my vehicle back it was clear something was STILL wrong and I'd bring it back and they kept changing little things like spark plugs or wires and forgetting about it and never called me back. When I'd call they'd say they would get to it when they get to it and just seemed super rude for as long as they had it AND NEVER CALLING ME THEMSELVES
They had it for 2 months from October - Mid december. I gave up on them after pouring money to them for my Vehicle.. around Christmas I just let my vehicle sit until I had more money.
This spring, I brought it somewhere else recently and they test drove it and looked through the oil and oil filter and found metal and it was clear the engine was shot, they were surprised speeds didn't test drive especially after doing a timing chain. If they had, they'd notice something was still obviously wrong... I'll never go to them or trust their services again.

I only called this place to check some prices on installing a heater block to my Ford Edge.By the way, being from Alabama, I had never heard of plugging your car in until I got here in Minnesota, lolAnyway, called Speed’s to see if they could install it and the price, etc etc but they said they couldn’t get the part in until about 2 weeks so I decided not to go with them.Cool name though

While the quality and price of the repairs seem reasonable, they did not call me with an estimate nor did they get my permission before doing them. They also did not notify me that my car was done. I will not be returning to this shop.
