“Been living her for 3 years +. These are great apartment for just starting out. Nothing to special about them, but that is what would you expect. All apartments are 2-bed 1-bath. No deck outside but there are patios outside with grills. The only bad part about these apartments is that they'er kinda old as in the walls seem paper thin. Overall, i'm happy with the deal.”

“Very nice apartments! Property management in 100 bldg Is always working to keep the place clean inside and out. Nice place for kids.Everyone I'd friendly and helps keep an eye on each other's belongings.Wish there was a dog park even though there is a location next to apt you take your dog potty.The closest dog park is crookston.The garages are awesome as well.”
