I have frequented this store on several occasions and as a life long Verizon customer have found it to be one of the better ones. Thank you to Anne for assisting me with my phone upgrade. It was done in a efficient and informative manner and I felt like all my questions were answered.

I took my phone into Verizon. The charging port would not work. Mallory quickly figured out that there was paper jammed in the outlet. She moved the paper and I’m back up and running thank you very much.

Mallory and Autumn are a blessing for this store. I was in twice last week, each day had multiple customers, both ladies did an incredible job of multitasking!
