Stick to FedEx. UPS Could not give me a quote to save their lives. It’s cool hiring high schoolers and they were very nice, but it took 4 different people and an HOUR to try to price out how much it would ship some computer hardware from MN to NY. When they finally got to pricing, they quoted $20 TO SHIP A USB DRIVE!!! $120 to ship a graphics card, and between $300-$500 to ship a PC CASE! Almost $650 for three things is Absolutely ridiculous. FedEx took maybe 10 minutes and shipped everything for less than 150 and did custom packaging and insurance. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

Ge Moua was very delightful to work with. He was kind and helpful and made sure I was happy with my scanned documents. I always have good experiences when I go to this UPS store. If there is a line, it always moves fast. They are efficient.

They sent my package to the wrong address and won't claim responsibility. The staff including the supervisor were also very rude and unapologetic. Old family photos lost forever. Don't use UPS if what you're sending is important to you.
