Very snotty behavior from staff. Like other reviews state employees will follow you around the entire time while shopping, if you're that worried about theft just shut down. The front desk associate walked right up to me and asked if I needed help, fine whatever, because I did need help as I'd never been to this location and she looked shocked that I said yes I did, sorry I asked you to do your job I guess? As I was paying the cashier kept the bag right up to her chest even as my card was in the reader and gave her my phone number as if I ld just take it and run off as if you didnt have all my info in the system to find me. I'll never be back if they're just going to treat everyone like a suspect.

On September 6th around 3:00 I was in the store with my mother. A few minutes into being in the store I overheard 3 female workers bashing us saying how annoyed they were when we walked in and that they hate when customers “like them” come into the store as we brought a cart into the store.
1 year ago my mother was in a partially fatal car collision, breaking her neck and spine. She decided to go shopping without a wheelchair, using a cart from the store beside Ulta for support when needed. This was the first time without the wheelchair. She now refuses to go shopping or to many public establishments since this incident.
I do not want to name names as I hope the employees learn a lesson rather than get in trouble. I wish the consequences to be shame and regret rather than termination or discipline.

I had AMAZING customer service by Alaina/Alayna (SP) this morning 9.6.24 at Ulta Store #1501 in Stillwater, MN.

Amazing! Been getting my hair done here for years by Katie A. She’s always gone above and beyond with my hair and has always been so open and up for my sometimes challenging requests. She’s restored my trust in hairdressers 100%!!

This store gave me the worst shopping experience I have ever lived through. Immediately upon entering, I was not greeted. I felt extremely judged and was not asked if I needed help (which I did). Every employee was side eyeing me as I walked through the store desperately trying to find a product. Also, the employees were dressed as witches which was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I have never been in such a hostile and unfriendly environment. Do not shop here if you want any help or don't want to feel judged. The girls working there made me feel horrible about myself and as I was walking out after not purchasing anything I could hear them talking about me and I said thank you as I walked out and was ignored. 0/10 WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Fix yourself Ulta, Sephora will always be on top. God bless

I walked through the store and the employees were talking about me and staring at me as I shopped making me feel super uncomfortable! Do not shop here! I have never had a more horrible experience the manager was following me around

I have been in this store three times, the first time I had to seek out help, the clerk was not knowledgeable or helpful. The 2nd 2 times clerks just chatted amongst them selves about what was going on in there lives. I will not be back.

I have officially found my new stylist! I reached out to my friend Ashleigh who works at this location and she recommend her co worker Emma for the style I wanted. Ashleigh couldn’t have set me up with a better stylist! Emma was very friendly and professional, I told her what I wanted and showed her some reference photos and she immediately got to work. Emma knows what she is doing with color and cuts. I am very happy with my highlights and cut! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone wanting to freshen up their hairstyle. I will definitely be coming back to Emma next time I need my hair done. Great place!

I had Kayla do my hair for the first time. She was absolutely awesome. She asked tons of questions before we started and continued to ask ?s throughout the entire process. I love how my hair turned out. She 100% gave me exactly what is asked for. I will definitely be going back to see her again. Thank Kayla!!!
