I needed a recliner for my Mom immediately! The sales woman (so sorry-can't remember her name!) was SO helpful! We looked at all the options-and she explained all the answers I needed. The recliner was delivered today-and she liked it! Can't thank you enough! Thanks for such an easy purchase!

Staff very helpful/informative. (a little clingy)prices a little higher than some other furniture stores) however it sounds like the store is great when it comes to issues/concerns. They will help you.it was a pleasure to look around and check the beds out.

Updated Review: After posting this review, Mike from Simonet's Furniture contacted my wife and looked into the situation and resolved it and extended a credit to our account to go above and beyond in correcting the issue. We appreciated the follow up and the correction of the situation.Increased rating to 4 stars given the professional corrective steps taken.****************************My wife and I ordered a custom set of bar stools and a custom storage king bed with a matching chest of drawers last July. The purchasing process was very easy and the staff was professional, however, after waiting for over seven months, the bed we ordered was not made correctly. We contacted the store and followed up with the issue in person and was told Mike was the only one who could remove the issue. It has been impossible to get ahold of him to resolve this issue and we have paid a large amount of money for an order that was made incorrect. It pains me to write a poor review of a Stillwater area business as it is important to me to shop local as much as possible, but the experience has just been bad. Great quality of furniture, but a horribly run business model lacking customer service and follow up after the money is paid. I would recommend other customers find another vendor who sells high end furniture brands that Simonet's carries and avoiding this store due to the poor customer service experience I encountered.

Have not chosen this company but wanted to leave a review on here to let people know to watch out for their drivers... they don't know how to drive and it's the companies business truck going straight on a left turn only section living in colorado I feel that is still illegal in stillwater, MN. So have your drivers retake the test of fire them don't have idiots driving for you who could possibly cause multi-million dollar fines/court cost/loss of vehicles to be able to drive with... and not to mention the premium cost that would come with business insurance. So please be mindful of your driving staff in the future when you put then out there.

Our initial experience at Simonet's (finding our furniture and interacting with the sales team) was fantastic and I am not happy to have to share this review but after our experience after purchase, I feel it is necessary.For the price I paid for my table I have been extremely disappointed. We purchased a gorgeous farmhouse kitchen table set for our new home. Our table came damaged upon delivery with a piece broken off. We had to consistently contact Simonet's to follow-up on a replacement piece and it took over 6 months for the replacement to finally come in. In addition, after calling to see about what to do for touchups on the table as there are already multiple chips in the finish they suggested we ask one of our grandchildren to borrow a crayon and use it to color in the chips.To say this side of the process has been frustrating would be an understatement.

I understand it's been around a very long time. I predict it will still be around a long time to come. Quality and selection of the expensive furniture stores at much more reasonable prices. And we also hit a sale. Delivered quick and the movers were very professional.

Thanks for posting furniture online! So convenient to see what you have. We didn’t have to shop around; went to the store, staff was super helpful in finding it and helping us purchase it - all in under 15 minutes! No stress - no hassle. Delivery was amazing, I picked the date and time. I had new furniture in my house in 6 days.

Although we didn't purchase anything the day we were there, the lady salesperson was very friendly and helpful. They have quality furniture, and have many beautiful pieces you won't see anywhere else. I have my heart set on the glider craftsman style rocker, and will be back for it!

We ordered a custom side table on January 5th, and we were told it would take 6 weeks to come in. We questioned the associate, as that seemed really fast for a custom order, and she reassured us that it would arrive in 6 weeks. It still has not arrived more than four months later. We have called numerous times, and the answer is "a couple more weeks." Last week we called, and they said it would arrive this week. Now they are saying it will arrive in 3 weeks. We are not mad that COVID creates delays, we are upset by the store's communication and repeated broken promises. I'm sure our table will be beautiful (assuming we ever get it), but don't trust this business to be straight with you.

We were told on Dec. 2nd when we ordered the Amish TV stand it would be 10 weeks. At 10 weeks we were told 12 weeks because of Christmas and custom order. We are at 13 weeks and still no furniture. I hope it will be spectacular for this long of a wait.
