I cannot recommend the team at Pro Auto Care enough! From the first phone call to keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They are thorough and provide a detailed breakdown of recommended services via text and it makes things 10x easier! This is the type of team you would send your parents or grandparents to and have peace of mind knowing they are being taken care of.

I have been going here for years. I send my kids (daughters especially) to this shop. They are honest. They will tell you when to NOT sink more money into a dying vehicle (even when they could make bank by "fixing" it for you) and when the beast is worth saving. As a woman, I've been conned more times than I care to admit because I just know ZERO about cars. When Alex and crew tell me ANYTHING, I know I can believe it. I trust this company and will always recommend them to family and friends.

This is auto service by people who care. They give you honest advice and ensure service you can count on. The guys are super awesome and very knowledgeable. I love that their inspection includes pictures of your vehicle so you get to see for yourself what issues are presenting. Unlike other auto repair shops where you have to take their word for it and hope it's legitimate. You see what they looked at and they give you timelines on how urgently something needs to be taken care of. They want you safely on the road above all. As a woman, it's important that I feel comfortable, safe, and able to trust that I am getting quality service without unnecessary fees. I get that here. They know me by name when I walk in the door because they build relationships with customers who stick around! I was recommended by a long time customer of theirs. Only my second time in and they have amazed me both times. I plan to keep coming back.

These guys are so great! I brought a truck to them I am buying so they could check it out for me. They found several issues with it. I took the inspection back to the dealer and he replaced all the brakes pads, rotors, the struts and fixed a vacuum leak on the truck. They saved me a ton of money. You cannot find a more honest, caring place to take your vehicle. I wish I could give them a higher rating than just five starts because they definitely deserve all the accolades. I also own a garage door company and I bring all my service trucks to these guys. We are pretty hard on the service trucks and they always keep them running in great condition. Also, this is a family owned business and the owner is very involved with the day to day activity there. They take alot of pride in what they do. Their shop is always very clean, all the mechanics there are very professional and knowledgable. I'm impressed every time I have an interaction with these Pro's. If your reading this review, do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle into them you will be really happy you did!

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire have a tire that was losing air looked at. They did an inspection, said the tire in question they couldn't find any issues with or leaks, but the back tires and back brakes needed to be replaced. I had all that done. Continued to have issues with the tire, and then the brakes started making noise. I took it to a different place about 2 weeks later. They immediately found a nail in the tire, said it would have been hard to miss. They also said the front brake had gone metal to metal. Not sure how Pro Auto Care missed all of this, but was able to tell the back brakes and tires needed replacing. The repair is going to be much more expensive than if they had caught it when I was in, two weeks prior, after I specifically called attention to that part of the car. Will not go back.

I paid them to fix my suspension and it went back 4 times and they said there was nothing more they could do. It never got fixed and there was no money refunded. The owner of this place is a joke.

Honest and Trustworthy. I've entrusted my car maintenance and repair needs to these guys for 8 years. Great communication and superb customer service. 100% recommend them for all care servicing needs!!!

Feels like they are paid on commission. Super expensive and when some of their work failed they wouldn't even return my calls to fix it.

I do not recommend at all.. have saved a lot of money after I stopped taking my car to Pro Auto Care. Literally every time I went, they had some big expense... I have had very limited expenses at other places. Most likely commissioned sales and they will rip you off.

Super place, clean , accommodating, professional, friendly and family owned!l Love it that there are certified mechanics. Also it that they fix things properly and if something is under warranty they fix it immediately no questions asked. My car did not pass emission test and was given their name in July. Everything was fixed ! They also have loaner cars or someone brings you home and brings your car back! Trust this place!

Beware!! They will be extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and at the front desk when you arrive and then completely go back on all of the helpful things they claimed they could do for you once you sign the paper giving them permission to work on your car. I literally had them take my car off the lift and towed it 17 miles away to an actual business because they tried to scam me! They wouldn't let me leave without 4 tires when I only asked for 1. Never called me to give me tire options, or to ask what I wanted to do because they "didn't have my number" (even though I gave it to the girl at front desk twice). Once I called, Alex Laughed at me and told me no when I asked if I could take my rim to discount down the street and get a tire put on it to get me home even though the girl at the front desk said I could do exactly that if it couldn't be repaired. They just emailed me a bill and tried to charge me $110 just for mounting tires. Won't be back, waste of time. I got better tires for less money elsewhere and didn't even get charged for mounting.

I’ve never met a nicer group of people. I came in today for a simple oil change, their waiting room was so nice and comfortable.
