No exaggeration, we went to seven other places today before we got the help and parts we needed at this Napa location. Charlie and another guy (didn’t get his name) were eager to help, fast, and actually knew what they were talking about. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was worth it. We will definitely be coming back to this store the next time we need parts.

I ordered online & ended up picking them up in store sooner than they could be shipped. This store called today to tell me they were in. I simply asked to cancel the order for a refund. They informed me that my card was not charged, right after, I just told him it was. We did this circle another time before I got off the horrible customer service carousel.

I'm not going to say anything bad about Napa Auto but I had a bad experience in there and I'm not very happy about it I ordered some parts for someone and he helped me out the person to help me found the parts I was looking for told me he had an order and it had them coming into me a couple days later I called in I talked to another gentleman and he told me that the parts would be here tomorrow at 7:30 in the morning I came in the next afternoon and a gentleman told me that I had no order I had no paperwork showing that I even ordered the stuff like it was just some joke and whoever that little a-hole was that told me all that stuff was it covering up for something yeah thanks Napa
