I went in and requested an ombré, I wanted dark on top and blonde on bottom. The stylist said they would do a balayage which would give the effect of an ombré…. That is not at all what I got. Most of my ends did not get lightened and there were chunks of mismatched color blondes throughout my head… worst experience I’ve ever had gettin my hair done. Cried the whole way home. Called the salon and they got me in next day for a “fix”… well, all my ends are lightened now but the blondes are super uneven… I have about four different shades going on and it does not look great… not to mention the straight lines between the brown and blonde. Truly a terrible experience, I will not be going back to this salon again.
