Doua was amazing! I would definitely give her top ratings. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and I feel so much better after my massage.
I was not impressed with the staff at the front desk though. They were not overly friendly or helpful.

Rip off. Do not sign up for any subscription whatsoever. They will not allow you to cancel it unless you get a doctors note. Way to make the idea of a massage stressful when people can barely afford the cost of living ?.
Avoid at all costs.

My 1st time @ the StillWater Massage Envy been ta two others each experience went smooth...
but the stillwater is officially my go to Massage Envy place
Got the membership & puttin /keepin' it in the budget & I'll work on makin' it worth my while read reviews about membership bs... too late didn't read them b4 gettin' one on that note as of now for me no comment on that variable....
cuz the massage was jus' what the doctor ordered phrase wise not literally!!! but either way it was amazin'....
Mark T. was very professional & said he in a nutshell his major speciality was in the field of my particular aches & pain spots so it was meant ta b!! he's my go to man!
idk know why but durin' the session 1st thought was ta nickname him "Shaman" realignin' my chakra wardin' off my pain demons... healing me.... idk ramblin' but more or less it was a much needed Massage & Mark did it justice!
It's the first time in quite awhile I woke up w/o my neck hurtin' & felt loose for lack of better word(s)? ?

My message therapist focused more on talking to me about her life than on my massage. By far the worst massage of I gotten there. Will not request her.

Disappointing. Session began late and ended early scheduled ( one hour). Technician did not work on problem areas described before he started. He spent about 15 minutes on ankles and feet ( waste of time). I didn't receive the value or work on needed areas. I didn't 't receive what I paid for. I left a $15 tip despite the results. I ask for and expect a refund.
