Daughter and a friend just went. Nails were thick, shaped wrong, smudged and not fixed, and glue was sticking to skin along the sides of nails. Had also been told a price over the phone and the price was raised halfway through the appointment , without changes made from original information. Will not be back.
Requested style: Did not do the coffin style as requested by my daughter, they were completely squared off and not shaped.

First time there, would not recommend. I booked an appt online which seemed really convenient but then I still had to wait. Daisy gave me a very rough pedicure, cutting my cuticles & now I have an infection the next day. In addition, she did not even say hi to me or offer water, and the salon blasts 2000s Britney Spears - very unrelaxing experience overall.

I normally go here and I’ve always liked it. They usually do such a great job with clean edges and cleaning up my cuticles.
I went on Friday, April 5th and was really disappointed. Today is Tuesday, April 9th. One of my nails has already chipped. Four days later!!
You can also see from the photos that the nail polish has sloppy edges that makes it more prone to chipping. She did not paint my nails to my cuticles and left a gap there. So it looks like it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve had my nails done but it’s only been 4 days.
My cuticles are also cut unevenly when she was cleaning them up. She was cutting the cuticles randomly without direction and without care.
Two stars because they have always been amazing in the past. Im going on a trip in two days and do not have time to fix my nails so I’m really frustrated.

I’ve been going to Luxury Nails since 2021, it’s a 25 minute drive from my house, but so worth it! Every time I book with Sophie for a dip manicure. Sophie is a perfectionist, she makes sure the dip is applied evenly, and that my nails are the perfect shape. I’ve never had a nail chip or break, the color even looks fresh after 3 weeks! The environment is welcoming, clean, and all the ladies are highly skilled. In addition to the great service, there is a large selection of dip colors, with matching gel polish. I love that I can get a dip manicure with a matching gel polish pedicure. I highly recommend Luxury Nails, Sophie & the whole team. You won’t be disappointed!

Website needs a serious update. Gel manicure - $20 on website. Get to the store, they state gel is $38. Their website notes that pricing is for shellac (which is different than gel.) they refused to acknowledge my concern in the discrepancy of pricing and gaslight me into thinking I was miss rereading the pricing. they had already taken my hand and started a service before I could even say anything. Feeling very awkward and overwhelmed, I begrudgingly agreed to a "regular manicure" which let's be real, will chip in two seconds. Not to mention she just slapped on the polish in less than 10 min.

Had the best experience here. My wonderful nail tech Sophie was so kind and I really enjoyed talking with her. She fixed nervous nail salon mistakes and gave me BEAUTIFUL nails that I couldn't rave more about. Will recommend to all of my friends and family.

I’ve been going here for nails for 3 years now and I’ve always left so happy with my nails. All of the women are so kind and thoughtful. I used to be 15 minutes away and then I moved farther so it takes me 45 minutes, but I still go there because I know I’m guaranteed to love my nails.Truly the best nail salon ever.

Excellent nail salon, highly recommend, very clean and organized. I have been a customer for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. Sophie is fabulous and the other girls who have done my nails or pedicures are excellent as well. This is the first salon where I can go 3 weeks between nail appointments. In the past, with other nail salons, my nails only lasted 2 weeks.

My gel manicure French tips turned grey the day after. Very disappointed in product quality. Never ever have to go back again as this was a bridal party appointment.

I brought my girlfriend for a pedicure date! We had the most fun time, joking around and getting to know Tina and Sophie and one other nail tech. I will definitely be coming back!
