I did not stay here but I had breakfast here. The breakfast was great and the wait staff was excellent. After we finished our meal our waitress told us some of the history of the dining rooms. She also took the time to show us the other dining rooms and encouraged us to look around. Even the bathrooms were finished with a lot of woodwork. Next time in Stillwater we plan to stay here.

The Lowell Inn is very pretty, and it definitely gives a historic/antique vibe. The staff is very kind, and they are knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were comfortable, but they didn't have blankets already laid out; we had to take them out of the drawers when we wanted them, which wasn't really that big of a deal. I didn't like the lack of an elevator, but it IS a historic building, so it makes sense. The location is far enough away from downtown that it's quiet, but it's within walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and stores. I also appreciated the free ramp parking. Overall, I would stay here again.

It's a great old hotel. I was miserable from something I ate and at 3:30 in the morning the girl on The Night Shift found me something to give me relief. The empty old Ballroom was giving off of a "Shining" vibe in the middle of the night. I hope times can get better again and they can have evening dinner service.

A wonderful cute getaway spot.
It has all the fixings of a great hotel. If you have any taste for the finer things this place is for you.
A bar for nightcap is to be desired, though you won't have to walk far for that.
A pool would be nice as well, but this isn't that kind of hotel.

We just had our wedding there. Amy, Lauren, and Kevin were awesome! Answered all our questions. Even the ones we didn't ask. All the bartenders and wait staff did great! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience! Thank you so much!

Was told tea shop and charged a if it was one but it was a restaurant. We had to make a reservation for only 5 people. Yet it is a restaurant not just tea lunch.
Cheese soup tasted like cheese whiz. It was gross. For a tea shop you expect pre-made tea for the price but it is Luke warm water... not hot, with packets on the table. Never replaced the water at our end of table. Sandwiches were OK but nothing to write home to mom about. Everyone else desserts were awesome with atleast some chocolate. But i was last so couldn't say anything, mine was nothing to be desired. I only ate 1. The atmosphere was beautiful and not crowded. Waitress service was not the best. I would not go back. I wish I got her name to put on here. She said she had worked there many years. Didn't seem like it with the service we got. Was not impressed to say the least.
