“My Aunt was in town visiting our family. Her very wide wedding ring and solitaire were stuck on her finger and she was unable to remove them. My Uncle passed in January 2024, and after 62 years together, this was a very emotional thing for my Aunt. The rings needed to be cut off. Joann and Robin, not only cut her rings off, they were so respectful of her feelings. They gave hugs and understanding. They truly made it better. In the process, I found a lab diamond that I will be returning for. I would give them my business 10 fold for kindness, understanding, and compassion. We felt like family!?
