I brought what was pretty much a color correction to Sam’s chair. I had dyed my hair box medium red/brown and wanted to go back to blonde. He did a full head of highlights and blended all the old color into my regrowth which was grey. He did such an amazing job and did all the extras to maintain the integrity of my hair during the bleaching process. I’m thrilled with the results, which out did my expectations. ?

It is always a challenge to move to a state and pull a great stylist out of a hat. Luckily I was able to at the lovely Salon Japa. Not just one stylist but two.Brielle and Shannon. Brielle was booked solid and introduced me to Shannon. We all had a consult to be on the same page. These two know how to communicate and execute! These girls are amazing.Shannon colored my hair and Brielle gave me a cut. They truly worked hand in hand with each other, and the results turned out absolutely lovely. No tears and all smiles. Can't wait to see all the different ideas they come up for next time. Thank you ladies! ?

I had the most amazing surprise at Jappa a few weeks ago. I had a hair appointment with Sam, who treated me like a queen. First of all I was served wine and later coffee. In the meantime the receptionists about 4 of them kept asking me if I needed anything. Sam worked on my hair long heavy hair for four hours!! Never once did he seem tired or even once look af the clock. Plus, he gave me the best head massage I have ever had. at this time , we were the only only people left in the salon plus the receptionist's. And when I went to pay Sam, and others were at the front.,They all had big smiles on their faces and I was wondering what the heck was going on. They said "you don't own anything'. You daughter called to make an surprise appointment and to pamper me." They told her I already had an appointment . So it worked perfect. By this time it was after 6:00pm on a Saturday!! Mission accomplished! I want to thank my beautiful daughter Melissa who set this all up. If you haven't been to Jappa, I would give give it a try. Sam is awesome and so is Jamie and all the other stylist's.
