Unfortunately, will not be returning. Cute clothes and had been one of my go to boutiques but will spend my time and money on the other side of town based on a terrible interaction with the owner today. A couple previous comments mentioned poor costumer service, unfortunaly that seems to have trickled down.A long review but worth a read…I had made one purchase of a few hundred dollars and had to rush out for another apt so I put some items on hold and when I returned it could not have gone worse. I had my pile to try on and grabbed a few more items/sizes and went into the fitting room… trying things on then retrying them on, I had a couple hours and was not in a rush so I was taking my time and was maybe in the fitting room an hour max granted I had close to 20 pieces to try on for a fall/winter haul. About every few minutes the owner kept asking if I had anything to give to her (not because anyone was waiting for a fitting room), it got super annoying and I would give her pieces here and there but I tried to keep my composure even though I was annoyed that every 3-5 mins she was coming to my fitting room. As I was wrapping up, at the end, she said “I’m concerned about what you are up to in there” implying I was stealing even though I told her I was still trying clothes on multiples times, I had to rip open the curtain without a top on to show her I was going through the pile clothes I liked and folding the ones I didn’t like, it was mortifying and judgemental and something I have never experienced before. I wanted out so bad I paid for the rest of my things and lost an expensive pearl necklace in the meantime and just left it.The owner said she wasn’t trying to profile me (my age) but people steal all the time, again the implication and accusation…first of all I had the smallest purse, have a history of spending $$ at this boutique and there would’ve been a million better ways to approach her concerns than what she said and did there on after.She tried to add in that she was concerned I was taking pictures?!? I wasn't, but what if I had wanted to send pics to my friends or mom to help make decsions or if they were out of a size of something, I’ve never heard of not being allowed to take pictures. Shoplifting is a crime, taking pictures is not.The one thing I can think of about the pictures is I have a pain pump, a medical device that connects to Bluetooth and an Android (a phone) and I was using that while shopping but a. She could’ve asked and B. That is discriminatory against a disabilityThere is many other small businesses across the Twin Cities with owners that are respectful, helpful, and everything you want in your shopping experience & I wish I would not have gone here today.

I LOVE THIS STORE! Such a great selection of mens and women's stuff and the ambiance is hip and happy. The girl working was so friendly and helpful, it's not one of my favorite stores!

Every time I go into this boutique, all the people that work there are so friendly & personable! I love that they help style you, show you new products/items & converse with you as if you were their family! I recommend coming here for any occasion of your ‘fit needs. They have funky, fresh & beautiful items of clothing + accessories! Make sure to stop in next time you’re in Stillwater & support this great small business!!! You’ll be happy you did ???

Fabulous boutique with incredible buyer. Loved so many pieces and great customer service. Will come here from MSP as my new favorite store. My sisters and I loved everything and it was to make decisions because everything was so cute!!!!!

Had a girls day for my birthday + we were very impressed! We found some jeans, the stylist was very helpful + sweet. I felt REALLY special when she offered me a birthday discount! Definitely recommend ?

They do have cute clothes and they are expensive brands. However I have two issues with this place. For one, I know my brands pretty well. Seeing a target-branded jean jacket that was clearly painted and marked up to $150 (my jaw dropped too), was unsettling. It kind of lost my trust in what they sell. But I don't shop there anymore due to the staff. The staff is always extremely rude and judge mental. I have never felt welcome or greeted kindly in this store.

I love popping my head into Enchante weekly to see what's new. A must stop if you are spending a day in Stillwater. Very personable customer service and always a fun find there!

Such a fun shop with so many cute clothes! I could have spent hours there. My husband was with and was offered coffee while he waited for me. The gals were attentive in a helpful, not overwhelming way. We come to Stillwater every year, but this was my first time in the store. I will be back!

Both times I have been to this shop we were completely ignored by the staff. The last time the gal working there stood right next to my daughter and I and never said hello or anything, we were the only people in the shop. Not a fun experience.

Love love love this shop! The staff is so welcoming and helpful, there is always new, unique, adorable clothes and accessories every time I go in and fair pricing for high quality items! I highly recommend!
