Ten o'clock on Sunday morning, the lights are on and ther doors are locked! They opened at 9, supposedly. All 3 people waiting have called, there's no answer and no message with hours, etc. This only happens when you are in a hurry!Otherwise, it's a thrifty alternative to big stores for so much and the grandkids always find something they want!

Rudest manager I have ever met. Will no longer go to Stillwater dollar tree. Just because I have kids there with me, she didn’t have to give so much attitude to me and my kids. If I can give no star l would! And for your information, since the store have camera, you’re free to check if the mess in your store was done by my kids or not! Also, the reason my daughter was running was because she needs to used the bathroom! It was an emergency for her! Manager could have talk nicer to us, there’s other customers who heard the way she talks to us and it was so rude. If any customer out there that have kids and needs to go to Dollar tree please go somewhere it’s kids friendly.

I was astounded by the size of this store and the amount of products they offer. The shelves where completely stocked. I was able to redo bathroom, get rugs for entry/kitchen/bath & still have 1 extra for emergency. Found decor to stick in my flower pots of a bicycle, red truck, green tractor, gnome. Please do not even get me started on fairy garden utems you could choose from. Make sure you have at least an hour to meander though this store.

Where is a zero when you need one. Tried to return a shower speaker that does not work and never did work. I walked in and told the boy I wanted to return it because it did not work. Manager came along and told me I could not return it because I put it back in the box and tried to make it look like it was never used. I told them right off the bat that it doesn’t work above a whisper. They would not return it or exchange it. He said he was going per the return policy that they have on the receipt which says they will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt. How am I supposed to know it doesn’t work if I don’t open it? this is a ridiculous policy. I guess they don’t stand behind their product.

Found Bingo Dobbers in the toys. They said Markers, but rang up as Bingo Dobbers. Six different colors. Yeah !!!
