I have purchased liquor at this particular Cub Liquor since the age of 21. I am 23 now and in the past 4 months I have been refused service twice. The first instance I was using a normal state- issued ID, the second instance I used a same-day, government issued ID. While it may read differently than the normal ID, it is valid all the same. Not only did the staff member, Carol, scan my ID successfully and compared it to my credit cards. She still refused service to me, and was extremely rude.. I did not feel treated with respect or dignity. Overall, while majority of staff have been helpful and kind, this instance with Carol made me not want to come to this liquor store again.
