Update, after reading the other comments here, maybe the problems are due to stupid corporate staff making poor decisions! You should fire them too, top down!

The systems people are very incompetent! Should fire the whole department! I have requested them multiple times, in fact many many many many many times to text me instead of calling me when prescriptions are ready, but it's still calling me every single time! So annoying! I should transfer them elsewhere! I believe that the pharmacy staff sent in my requests every time, but the systems staff are extremely incompetent! Fire them all before you lose your customers!

Our store in White Bear Lake is a poorly run store, and I don't think Corporate really cares. almost everyone at our store is rude and angry for some reason, I don't get it, so find a new job if you don't like it there.

Hello,I am expressing my disappointment on the stamp saver program.You make it seem like there is a great deal while spending money and saving stamps. Here is an example of my experience.I filled 7 sheets of stamps (20 stamps per sheet) I spent $1.400 to fill the 7 sheets. I got a 2qt. pan with a cover retailing $56.00After the cashier scanned all the sheets I had it brought the total down to $4.83 in which I had to pay. Sure that's the taxes I needed to pay. I paid taxes again. This is such a disappointment as a shopper, spending alot of money to save for a little pan with a cover, maybe next time have a better value for the consumer while spending money in your store.Barbara Collins,

Stamp promotion for Kitchen Aid utensils. The premise, is to retain customers. After collecting enough stamps now that it is ending. Cub has no inventory to choose from, out of stock at all locations! What a scam!!!

All of the Cub locations have has been good to visit. I have never had a big problem- maybe a grumpy employee here and there but nothing that would result in me not returning. My 5 star rating is because of the customer care when I call for their reward system and app. I have always found that top notch!

Why are there no brand name products in the stores in Blaine or for that matter products at all? Been trying to buy things like water, milk, and other things to no avail. Spoke with manager who started that they order stuff but Corporate will not ship what they requested. Spoke with very rude corporate rep who blamed it first the manufactures. Then later blamed it on lack of workers when I contested that the story changed to not enough truckers to haul the products. No apologies were offered and told that I would just have to deal with it. Hy-Vee here I come.

I’ve been a Cub Foods customer for close to 40 years. I’ve never been so disappointed in them. I went in there a couple of days ago and I saw a really small package of lettuce for 6.99 and I almost couldn’t believe it. As I walked around the store I noticed the prices have sometimes doubled. I am well aware of what is going on in the world and the prices are going up, but if you go to any other store like the one with the red circle, you will find that same lettuce for 2.99. If you go to a big box store, you will find six heads of lettuce for just a little over four dollars. I could go on, but I think that Cub is taking advantage of their customers and I am going to boycott them. I thought I would give a heads up to all the people out there who are watching their pennies like I am. What a horrible thing to do. I would like an explanation.
