Stay somewhere else y'all!Where to start.......We booked a two night stay for this past weekend numerous months ago, checking in on a Friday and departing on a Sunday for a wedding. When we arrived to our room on Friday afternoon, it was evident that turn over service and overall maintenance of the rooms could use some work. There were crumbs, stains, dirt, and wrappers from previous guests in the drawers and even on the fabric surfaces of the pull out couch and chair. Outlets were broken and missing screws, walls had scuffs, the ceiling had a mysterious stain....lovely right? Understanding we choose to stay at a notorious 2-star hotel, we realize there would be some general grace to be given. We overlooked all that when arriving to our room on Friday night, because again, grace can be given.Saturday morning I work up to realize that the comforter we were given on our bed had obviously not been washed between guests and still had food/body stains on it. Disgusted, we pilled our bedding in a ball and asked the front desk worker if housekeeping could change our bedding. She told us yes, of course, and that when they arrived in 8 minutes at 9am we would be first on their list. Amazing, problem solved...we went on with our day in town.We arrived back at our room at 11:30am to see the bedding had not been changed. No worries, people get busy so I asked the housekeeping worker in the hallway outside our room to change the bedding please. She was very nice and said she would help. My husband and I went down to the lobby to wait and I let the same front desk worker know the bedding wasn't changed. She was shocked and very apologetic then went to go check on the room. 20 minutes later she returned to tell us the bedding was changed....awesome! We went back up to our room and nope....bedding was not changed so back downstairs we go again. I let the front desk gal know it still wasn't changed and by that point was just ready to change my own bedding. The front desk gal was very apologetic, claiming a language barrier between her and the cleaning staff and ended up changing the sheets herself. 20 minutes go by and she then told us our room was ready...again....so we returned upstairs to see two housekeeping staff in the room cleaning the room, bathroom and floors meaning, no, the room was not ready and we had to go back downstairs to the lobby AGAIN. An additional 20 minutes go by and one of the housekeeping gals found us in the lobby to let us know the room was in fact ready. So we hiked it back up to the "ready" room..again....to see the same crumbs/dirt on the couch/chair from when we checked in and to find that the bed didn't have a blanket. So there I go back down again to the front desk, to ask for a blanket. One worker ended up giving me a blanket she "thought" was for a king bed...it was for a queen, but at that point we were ready to simply check out and not stay the night.During the process the front desk worker said she was calling her manager and the General Manager for this location to see how we could be compensated for this inconvenience we were experience preventing us from utilizing our room. Her manager told her that because we had a multiple night reservation, hotel policy is that bedding isn't changed between nights. I let her know I understood that policy, but I had asked for new bedding because the bedding we were provided was dirty from previous guests. She then called an off duty manager and were were only offered "extra points at our next nights stay". Literally comical. We spent over $450.00 for two nights in a dirty room in a two star hotel then were offered "extra points" at our next stay. No, there will not be another stay at this hotel or another Radisson/Country Inn & Suites. The "extra points" are pointless and a refund for one nights stay should and needs to be given.Language barriers aside, having clean rooms and ones without safety hazards such as broken outlets is the literal bare minimum when staying at a hotel

Tried calling them several times to confirm reservations, but they never answered. First night the room next to me partied until 3am. Was told they would discount my bill after calling the front desk several times about it but never getting an answer. No discount was ever given and I tried contacting the manager about it after I checked out. Call was never returned and then phones not answered again.

Go for breakfast at 6:55 am. No eggs no protein. 2 biscuits and some sausage gravy. Kind of a let down when you are on a schedule, made them aware, waited twenty minutes, and still nothingThe excuse given? They just got there. So glad they treat platinum members this way.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and bright, the furnishings were quite nice and comfortable. The fresh cookies and coffee in the reception area were exceptional. The front desk clerk could have been a lot more helpful and/or knowledgeable than he was, though.

Rooms were clean, took while to check in because there was only one front desk representative. The check out rep was not that friendlyWalkability: You will need to get a cab or drive off going to downtown StillwaterFood & drinks: They ran out of butter during breakfast and out took a while to replenish eggs. They have a healthy variety of foods to choose from

Very negative experience. My friend and I had to leave because our room smelled moldy. The halls on first and second floor had overwhelming smell of toxic cleaners. We left right away telling the front desk staff that my friend had allergies and we couldn't stay due to the smell. I developed a headache as soon as I left. A staff person went to our room and apparently denied smelling anything. I was charged over double what Hotwire quoted when I booked and couldn't get through on the phone to resolve this issue.

When we first walked in everything was fine, the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful and checked us in right away. Here is where things go down hill. The room where we were checked into had this horrible smell, something between wet carpet and being stale. If you opened the wardrobe, the stench would pile out like a fume.We complained after the front desk said it was probably just some ladies doing their hair in the bathroom. Nothing in that room smelled like hairspray and if someone was using something that nasty smelling, I feel sorry for them. They gave us a different room and it still had a smell to it, yet it wasn’t as bad as the last one. So, we settled down into the room and started to relax until the banging upstairs started. If you are on the lower floor, you will hear everything. The AC is incredibly terrible and you feel like you are overheating.

The room was very worn, carpet dirty, tiled floors felt greasy and ceiling and walls poorly repaired. It's a place to sleep but the price we paid doesn't represent what we had.

Clean rooms and facility. Very nice staff who are attentive. Good breakfast options. Close to many restaurants and easy to get to. In a good spot close to downtown and activities.

Overpriced and outdated. It seems to have recently changed brands so they repainted everything but nothing is actually updated.Staff was kind of rude but they were able to secure an early check in.I would not stay there again as there are plenty of other options.

It was a pretty great experience. The rooms were nice and cool, the blankets were warm, everything seemed very clean and smelled nice. The pool was warm and relaxing. Breakfast was a little limited before 9, but I got enough to eat. I'd come again if I came up this way!Rooms: We got a suite with the king bed and it was so cozy. Didn't even bother watching TV or using the jacuzzi because we were so beat we just fell asleep :-)Nearby activities: Walmart was very close by which was convenient! We drove through downtown Stillwater barely 10 minutes away, and it was beautiful.

Location was good for being close to family we were visiting. Our room was terribly stale smelling. Almost like a mix between wet carpet and cigarette smoke. The room was not dirty but the shower had almost no water pressure. The hot tub was not working so they had the pool at hot tub temp which was terrible. Our kids could only enjoy the pool for a short while. The pool area itself was so uncomfortably hot we couldn’t wait to get out of there.Breakfast was what it was. They ran out of bacon and eggs the first day so we chose to eat out our second morning. The little interaction we had with staff they were very friendly so nothing against them at all.Overall very disappointed and we will not be back.

Great and clean place to stay. Breakfast was the same each day and wasn't the best. Just wish there was more variety. Also the A/C in the room wasn't good enough to keep up with my desired temperature. But overall a good experience.
