Went in for advice on a zero turn mower and got all the information required to make a decision to ensure it would work on my property. Unfortunately the slope of some sections of my lawn were greater than 15%. Not ideal. So today I will go and service my current John Deer rider. The staff is very knowledgable and really helpful. I’d recommend going there for any repairs, parts and seeing what’s available in mowing equipment and other outdoor machinery. Give it a walk thru and enjoy.

Century Power Equipments parts and service department is really good! The parts department always gets me what I need in a timely manner if it’s not in stock and the service department has been nothing but fair with me. Century is my go to for parts and service.

I stopped in yesterday with my wife. Had a trailer hooked up to my F250. Wanted to buy a side by side and take it home. Waited up front for ~20 mins, nobody was helping customers. Finally asked a guy sitting at the counter, said he would help in a minute. Waited around a little longer, nobody there - 5 employees standing back at the parts and service counters. Finally walked back and talked to the guy in the office who was working on his computers and asked if anyone was working the floor. He asked what for, and I said I wanted to buy a side by side. He said he couldn't help with that and would look for someone who could. I waited a little longer and then gave up and drove across the river and bought a $25k machine at your competitors place... Straight up lost a sale cause nobody there seems to care to sell anything. Very strange experience, assume management would want to see this experience!

Just had Century out to convert my lawn tractor into the "Snowinator". They come to your house and do a great job. They added the snowblower and plastic cab. The official John Deere turning knob, I added.
