This place is my go to for "anything" with my Verizon Apple devices. I'd give them (everyone in there) a 10 star rating if I could. They are all exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, prompt and helpful. Mallory was my first contact and support. Unbelievable customer service. But I have returned at least a half dozen times since for other types of service or help and I've had the same exceptional service every single time with anyone there. I don't know what they are paid, but I do know it's not enough for the patience and service they provide. I hope their manager really reads these comments and realizes how lucky they are to employ all of them. Especially now when help, especially of this caliber, is sooooo hard to find. I'm guessing they are appreciated and rewarded well by their superiors in every way possible to train them. My satisfaction and praise doesn't come easily. Kudos to all of you and keep up the excellent work. Run don't walk to this place for Verizon customer service!!!

Disappointed by employee who was vaping in store with my pregnant wife. Refused to be flexible and work with me. Have done business in this store for 20 years will drive further to not deal with this store!

Walked in Friday 10-19-18 about 5 PM 3 sales people in store 4 to 5 customers no one made any eye contact, nothing stood waiting 10 minutes not even be with you in a bit , strange place I left.
