Stopped by to look at buying a vehicle for our daughter. Patrick gave us a great buying experience. We were given as much time as we needed , we drove multiple vehicles. Patrick was very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward with the history of every vehicle we were interested in. I never felt pressured. These are used cars that are gone over; they put the money into fixing what is needed. The vehicles are reasonably priced. If you are looking for a personal, no pressure buying experience, definitely give Patrick a call-highly recommended!

I purchased a 2012 Nissan in August and have had nothing but issues with this car! Less than 1000 miles and it needs a new transmission!!! Three weeks after purchase while my son was driving it to Duluth the car wouldn't accelerate and transmission went out. Was sold a lemon!

Don’t ever buy a car from here. They sold my brother a 2017 with low miles about a month ago. He’s had so many problems and now his transmission went out. If I could give them a zero stars I would. My advice would be to never buy a car here!!

Patrick and his brother provided me a great car buying experience. It was my first time buying a car and I had been to many dealerships but it was clear to me from my first conversation with Patrick that he was extremely knowledgeable about what he was talking about and also very honest with the imperfections of the vehicles he was trying to sell. He would rather talk you out of a car by being too honest then trick you by talking you into one and I respect that. His prices were very fair and the process was seamless. Literally the best place to buy a car. We were looking for a first car for our 17 year old. We were put off by other city dealerships by the pushy salesman and the feeling of being obligated to buy before we even test drove. We decided to look outside city limits (19 miles away) and I'm so happy we did. We found a 2012 hyundai santa fe gls with low miles and decided to take the drive to see it after speaking with Patrick and getting the basic info and carfax details. We realized the key fobs were missing but even before seeing the car Patrick called the dealership and had them ordered along with a new tail light that got water inside. When we arrived later that night Patrick was welcoming and showed us the car. He was respectful and gave us space to freely look over the car. He gave us truthful info on the car and was very upfront with the slight scratches etc. We knew not to expect perfect for a 9 year old car but it was the fact he was forth coming and we didn't feel he was "hiding" anything from us or "talking up the car". We test drove and when we came back we looked over the car again and tested out the Bluetooth connect and Patrick helped us out since we couldn't figure it out (new feature for us but was a must have with a teen). Ultimately it was our sons decision and once again Patrick was respectful in giving us space as a family to decide and talk it through and if it was in budget. Making the decision to buy involved alot of different factors: the cars condition (being 9 years old I'd rate it as very good), how the car ran (like new for its age), how we were treated (with respect & dignity), within the family budget, dealer knowledge of the car (he knew alot but quickly found answers if he didn't), extended warranty info was clearly explained, One family issue we have was my husband has a drivers license (I only have a permit) and my son currently has a permit so figuring out how after buying the car how to get it home. We only currently have a large carge van which is just too big for our son to learn in and it makes him nervous to drive this was why we needed another car. Patrick knowing this offered to deliver to car to us once the new key fobs were programed solving our how to get it home issue. Patrick was also very patient with our son making his first car buying experience less stressful and confusing. He went above and beyond making my son feel included. Very impressed and very grateful for the service we received. My son is looking forward to learning to drive in his own car and the lasting memories that he was a part of all this process from the beginning. We will be back when its time for another vehicle but in the meantime we will be recommending Cartiva to anyone who's looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much Cartiva for everything you did for us!

Over the years, we have purchase 5 vehicles from these people. Having a great experience with each car, we wouldn't buy anywhere else. Their after purchase care was remarkable. Believe you me, my wife is very fussy, but feels the same way.
