We have been using Blue Horizon for several years at the Saint Paul Yacht Club. We have about 180 users on the system, and have experienced very few problems. They are very responsive to calls, and nearly always respond to voicemail questions within an hour. Any issues are resolved quickly, usually within 12 hours, and in most cases are handled remotely. Our previous provider would take days to respond or even answer a phone call or voicemail message.

I have worked with Blue Horizon for years and Coni always gets back to me right away and her solutions are always the right fit.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is unreliable. Nobody is ever available to answer phone calls about service problems. Avoid this company if at all possible.
