I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled.The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last.Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report.The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. To say that the owner was not helpful is inaccurate, as he did all that was possible given the circumstances.Manager, Stillwater Advance Self Storage

My unit was broken into here and the owners were not very helpful..Said the cameras were not aimed at my locker..Made a police report without the cameras It was my loss..

They were very helpful whenever we called and very accommodating. Our experience was great and if we have any storage needs in the future will use again.

We have stored our motorhome here for 2 years. They are nice, polite, always call me back with any question. We move out in winter and never had an issue returning in the spring. Totally secure place. See ya in the spring.

If I could give it a zero I would don't waste your time for Rv storage finally getting a hold of them after 3 weeks I went there signed papers and paid and there were no open spots the employees didn't even know this they had every excuse totally incompetent people working there needless to say I cancelled and found a real storage place
