dropped my Durango off on Thursday, with no notice. They told us soonest they could look at it would be middle of following week but we could leave it there. They called me at 830am Friday, they had diagnoaised the problem and had it ready for pickup by 1pm. They even heard about our other cars problems and offered to look at that for us as well. thank you!

Untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional. I took my truck in to get the ignition lock replaced because mine had fallen out. The ignition was still in the truck, truck was drivable, and ran just fine before bring it to Swedes. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday to have the part replaced that week. I did not hear from them until Thursday of that week, Seth asked me if I had dropped off my truck with a broken key. Confused because when I dropped it off the key was intact, I told him no I did not drop off my truck with a broken key and reminded him that I was able to drive the truck when I dropped it off. Because of this, I got a whole new ignition. That's fine, it was was it was but it was frustrating and we had to pay for them being irresponsible. I get a call the following Monday asking me if my remote start system worked when I dropped it off... Yes everything worked besides the ignition lock missing? Seth was rude about the situation and told me that I'm just going to have to deal with it not working if they can't get it to work. Completely unprofessional, and proves to me that they do not know how to fix what they broke. The truck was "fixed" so we went to pick up the truck around 6PM later that week. We drove 45 minutes only to find out the truck infact did not work and would not start and had a other 45 minute drive back. Round 2, same thing happens, they "fix" it so we went to pick up and again...my truck did not start still and we had to leave it there. They replaced the battery in my truck WITHOUT MY CONSENT and told us it was the batteries fault that it wouldn't work and that it would be an additional $100 and they were "cutting us a deal" excuse me? You put something in my truck that was not authorized. Round 3, they "fixed" it again. We drove out there to pick up and my truck started once and then we tested the remote start system and the truck would not start after that. Clearly not the battery like they claimed. My husband and I are this point we're just done with them and wanted nothing to do with them anymore. We had them take out the unauthorized battery because clearly that isn't the problem. Round 4, "fixed enough" and they told us to just not to use the remote start system and we/they agreed that they were not capable to fully fix the truck. We drove the truck home the 4th time without touching the remote start system at all. Like fine, whatever, that sucks that they broke it and did not do anything to make it better. As long as it started with the key I'm fine with it I just need my truck back. But once we got home and locked the truck the ignition no longer worked again and my truck would not start so at the end of the day it's still our problem and now they don't have to deal with the crap hack job they did on my truck. My truck has been in my parking lot ever since because as you can imagine times are not easy right now and we couldn't afford to bring it into Ford right away. We finally get some money and call Ford to schedule an appointment and they are booked out until March... Swede's did NOTHING to make this right, didn't offer to tow my truck somewhere else, didn't offer a loaner vehicle the 3 weeks they had my truck, didn't even give us recommendations of where else to take it. On top of that they put parts in without authorization from me which is a HUGE no to me. Didn't offer to cover cost of damages they caused, NOTHING. Needless to say swede's repair is more like swede's hell. I'll never forgive myself for paying them for breaking my truck. Life lessoned learned. Awful business, awful service, awful people. Highly recommend never using them and find somewhere more reliable.

We were camping, and developed a power steering leak. Craigs got us in, fixed it, and had us back on the road a few hours later! Awesome customer service, Great work, Fair prices. Wish we lived closer, Craigs would be my mechanic.
