“The team working at this store is first class in customer service. On Friday, 1/19/2024 at about 9:30 in the morning, I was at the nearby road exam station with my daughter. We were waiting for her to take her road test to get her driver’s license, and working on checking the equipment in the car to make sure everything was in good working order when we discovered that one of the headlights had burned out. We only had about 10 minutes before it was her turn so we dashed to Auto Value as it was only a block away. I ran inside and asked for urgent help to install a headlight, and this amazing team got it done for us and we made it back in time and in working order! I am so grateful for their speedy assistance and their professionalism. Because of their help, she passed her test and got her driver’s license!”

“WCAS removed a silverado transmission in 2 hrs and loaded in my vehicle in the pooring rain. Great price and warranty. Can't recommend them enough. “They treated me so well and exceeded my expectations. I had to pull over after hitting a deer..I pulled into close call auto salvage and my intention was just to leave it there overnight. The owner came right out even though they were closing and assured me he could help me out. Not only did they get me parts I could afford but they installed them for me. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked how amazing my vehicle looked they made it look like new even though we discussed I was fine with having cosmetic damage. They saved me thousands of dollars. They gave me a quote and even though some things took more time they made sure it wasn’t a different amount they quoted me. Honest businessman would be an understatement.
