Placed my order 2 weeks in advace as directed by their website. I opened bag roughly 2 weeks after getting it, something was off with this bag, my 9 cats started rejecting it. I do have one cat who did continue to eat some, and her skin became inflamed and started losing her hair. I stopped feeding this and ordered old faithful they had been eating for years, and everyone was happy again. I contacted them about this and was told my 30 day window to return had closed just a few days prior. Before throwing this away I attempted to feed it to the neighborhood strays and even they rejected it. Wasted $119. Do not recommend. They truly dont stand behind their products.

Love this company and have been using them for years. Great customer service and good shipping time. I have 10 ferrets and I buy their ferret food to mix with other high quality foods for a multi-kibble/air dried blend. The ingredients listed in their ferret kibble is top notch. It is not easy to find good quality ferret food and I will keep using this company for all my ferrets.

The best pet food. I love that I know my cat is eating high quality food. This is the only food I’ve ever fed her. I free feed and she comes and goes as she pleases. She does not overeat.My next bag I will be switching from the Juvenile to the Mature.I haven’t had as much luck with the carnivore yums. She liked them more when she was little but now she seems to have trouble picking them up. She is a bit of a dainty eater though :-).I will still buy Young Again’s other products because I like buying local, it’s been consistently fast shipping (I have gotten it delivered within two days generally), and I trust the ingredients.

TL;DR My older Ragdoll was diagnosed with diabetes. I started feeding her Young Again's Zero food about 3 years ago and it made an enormous difference. The vet was even shocked by it. BTW, the Zero treats are her favorites :)

The worst after-sales service in pet food industry! They guarantee the “Young Again cat food” is the best in quality, but you may found cat often diarrhea after eating it according to their feeding suggestion, and then, they just say it is your problem and your own risk to buy, no apology for their product defect. The most disgusting, they accept return even open bags from US customers, but No exchange no return from Canadian customers. Unbelievable discriminate !

My beloved 9 year old cat went into hiding, with his fur falling out and constant scratching. Our regular vet could find no obvious reason. Then a holistic vet did blood & DNA studies which uncovered multiple food allergies. Six weeks after simply switching to Mature cat food and Carnivore Yums, he is completely better. Highly recommend.

I love reading the reviews on how this food has helped so many cats! I'm fortunate in that my Bengal, Mosaique is healthy from birth and my goal is to keep him that way. He is 3 1/2 years old now and has been on Young Again Zero cat food as soon as he was able to switch from canned kitten food. One of my worries was weight gain after being neutered. I reached out to the owner and he assured me that weight gain would not be a worry using their product. He is absolutely right!! We free feed our boy and he eats just what he needs each time and is a healthy 16 pound (normal weight for a male) Bengal. I highly recommend this food for the exceptional ingredients, the fair price, well packaged product, and mostly because it meets the dietary needs a cat requires for weight control, and overall health.

I learned of Young Again food company from a veterinarian's website that I highly respect. I was opposed to feeding my two senior pre-diabetic cats dry food but they were increasingly refusing to eat their high-quality soft food & wouldn't consistently eat raw or homemade food. They LOVE this food! They are eating consistently, they are putting on needed weight and look & act great - better! They are drinking water regularly (a concern with feeding dry food diet). **YA recommends only providing spring water vs. distilled or tap, etc. due to that water being treated with minerals.** An 8 pound bag has lasted almost 2 months. This amounts to approximately $27/month to feed two cats so don't be put-off by the $54 price for an 8 pound bag. I can't say enough great things about this food! One of my cats has mammary cancer and with this food and my holistic treatments we are keeping it under control and going on 3 years post cancerous tumor removal. There are still a few small ones ones but my vet says as long as aren't getting bigger no need for more surgery.

Would give zero stars if possible. These people are incapable of managing pet food delivery in a timely fashion. They refuse to go to bat with you with fedex after fedex has postponed a delivery 3 times (the last one for four days when the parcel is in a fedex facility in THE SAME CITY). They are arrogant & rude when you attempt to contact them by phone. The customer is always wrong with these jokers. They may have the greatest cat food on the face of god's green earth, but I'd find something else because dealing with them means instant rage. They don't care about solving problems. They don't care about you. They don't care about your pet. And they love to show it. Life is just too short.

Outstanding food formula for diabetic cats, outstanding customer service via phone, great price of food...is no more than M/D Science Diet which has dangerous 18% carb content vs. less than 1% for Zero Mature formula from Young Again. My cat's chance of remission after 5 weeks of his diabetes diagnosis and now twice daily insulin shots is better than ever with this correct food. All vets should carry it but Hill's Science Diet and Royal Canin promote too much to them!

First day with transition to young again LID Zero mature cat food and already seeing a change in my Russian blue mix behavior. She immediate went to the food when first introduced it and she ate it immediately. At first I was hesitant on feeding free choice but with the recommendations it works and it’s healthy for your beloved pet! My kitty is approaching ten and I wanted to decrease the risk of diseases kidney failure and diabetes so I am thankful for the pure quality protein in this food. Thank you for this product! I will also be switching our dog over to this food as well! Great job young again!!!
