President Traci Tapani said on the radio that she has never had a parent ask to take time off to be with their child. She said that they have an "above average number of female employees" and that she has never had an employee take time off for the birth of a child. She is against the bill to allow for her employees to take time off. If you are a young professional and are considering having a family be ready to go back to work on day 1 because they have professed that that is the norm and probably the expectation. I would not want to work at a place like this.

Wyoming Machine is an outstanding company that selflessly supports the communities surrounding Stacy, MN. An example: Three years ago, Wyoming Machine helped with a substantial contribution to help establish the Hallberg Center for the Arts, then each year after they've sponsored an exhibit to help support and promote arts in the region. Some businesses sponsor events and activities to try and gain publicity to increase sales. Wyoming Machine knows that their sponsorship and support have almost no chance of increasing their sales, making the generous, selfless support of companies like Wyoming Machine even more valuable. Thank you Wyoming Machine.
