BEWARE OF FLOODING!!! I rented out a unit at the Gopher State facility to store my Mercedes during the winter. The first year wasn't bad because there was plenty of open space for the snow to be plowed to. Now the entire area has rows of units and no place for the snow. I had to chisel out my car from 4 inches of ice after spending half a day chiseling out the door just to open the unit. It appears to be built in swamp land which also doesn't help. I tried leaving a one-star review on their web site but it won't allow negative reviews and will automatically give the company 5 stars. try it yourself!

Flooding is a real problem here. Stay away unless your building a ark. I also had mice problems.
