Stuck in rural WI and had to get to the Twin Cities. The roadside assistance call got all screwed up but Mid State worked through it with me. Driver was super nice as well during our 45 minute drive home. Very happy with the service!

I never actually used them because AAA messed up, but when I called them, they were very nice and told me they could help whenever I needed it.

I called them after hitting a deer and becoming stranded at 11pm. They told me I should call my insurance as it would be spendy. Call my insurance, file a claim, they try calling this company to tow me home and they're suddenly not answering. No other 24 hour service has a truck in my area, no ride shares. So I'm sleeping in my car because you guys apparently aren't 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.

If this business could get a 0 star I’d gladly give them one. For anyone who sees this and context.. it’s during the blizzard. My husbands truck is blocking the garage door so we cannot get out since the truck is dead. We called them last night asking for a tow. They said they could at 7 am this morning. My husband and I were up at 6:30. They called at 7:30 to inform us the trucks were frozen and asked if we’d still like serviced. We said yes please (we’d already paid with our AMEX). 3 hours go by, no update on time. Husband starts calling to try to get update. Rings to voicemail. I finally try calling and get the phone turned off and VM full. It’s now 6:24 pm. If you aren’t capable of providing service refund and inform your customers.. we understand the weather is unpredictable. Leaving us though stranded to wait for your timeline isn’t okay. Company wants you to waive all responsibility of Mid-state Towing should anything happen to your car while they are providing a service you pay for, including, but not limited to losing your car keys! Staff who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional. No interest in helping one to understand how the vehicle owner is responsible for any damage they may cause to your car.

Not responsive to getting correct documents to you for insurance reimbursement. Many many calls and still not given correct documents. I leave messages and still no respone after I was told 3 weeks ago he would get me the info! I guess the got paid so they don't care about getting me my info!Service: Car towing

Said it would take over 2 hrs to rescue me when my car died on the highway, for an Emergency tow at night, they never did call back or answer thereafter. Rude, unprofessional...save your time and make a difference choice.
